Around every corner we will find open-air markets, artisanal chocolatiers, macaroon shops, boulangeries, cheesemongers, local butcher shops with the finest cured sausages and hams . . . and YES - world-class wine shops where we can savor the flavors! We will start in Paris, home of some of the world’s most prestigious museums, including the Louvre, Musee d’Orsay, Pompidou, Champs-Élysées, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and so much more. Of course, we get to visit some of them...BUT French cuisine is such a huge part of this country's culture and history! Learning about it and experiencing it, is the main goal of this tour. In Paris, we will savor the culinary artistry of Michelin-starred chefs and indulge in the city's iconic pastries. We will journey to Normandy, where lush landscapes yield exquisite cheeses and apple-infused delights. We will follow the Loire River to discover the vineyards and châteaux of the Loire Valley, where fine wines and gourmet experiences await. Sat, Oct 17, 7:00 PMEver wanted to try launch arrows from a bow? Here’s a chance to do so at a spacious outdoor range (with shade!) in Pasadena! Equipment is included as part of the entry fee. Join the wait list by 2026-10-01 to establish interest. If there’re enough people, we’ll confirm the class. People who have previously attended Andy’s and Nick’s events will be given priority. **When**: 2026-10-17 12:00 PDT **Where**: Lower Arroyo Archery Range, Pasadena, CA **Cost**: $11-$21 per person Pricing is a flat $105 for a group (up to a maximum of 10 for each session). The full amount will go to the archery club (Pasadena Roving Archers). Per person fee will depend on the number of people who have committed to attend. I will collect this fee via Venmo around 2-3 weeks prior to the event in order to reduce the risk of no shows impacting the per-person fee. All attendees will also be required to fill out online waivers.

Bring your camera (any camera!) and your creative eye! Each of us will act as subjects for each other, offer creative direction, and explore the insight and motivations we all bring to the table. This is a safe place for creatives to learn and experiment. Now, let's capture the moment! **Models and Subjects Welcome!** Looking for an opportunity to get some new self portraits or headshots? Got a new outfit you want to capture your best side in? Do you have inspiration and just need some one to capture it? If you're willing to get experimental, you are welcome to join this creative session, no camera required. **Lighting Gear Available** The host possesses a small array of amateur lighting gear for both studio and outdoor use, free to use by any one participating. Participants are welcome to bring their own gear if they are comfortable doing so. **Multiple Locations** The rooftop is the best place to get a cool snap of the LA skyline and catch those dreamy rays during golden hour but there is also a small studio available if the majority of participants prefer a controlled lighting environment. Tell us when you arrive and we can plan ahead for the next Headshots event! **Privacy** Though we volunteer to be subjects for each other, all subjects have the right to request any photo of them be deleted or transferred to them. We'll look at some cool and unique lock designs from around the world which showcase interesting lock mechanisms, anti-picking features, or other interesting security and safety things! Learn the basics of how locks and keys work, and how they can be manipulated open.
