Hello fellow gamers! **Flock Fest 3** is an extravaganza the bird gods will look down upon and say “That 'ish lit fam”. On this day of celebration, it will be 3 years since we began our journey together! From humble beginnings and here we remain! Come to experience good people in every direction and games as far as the eye can see (assuming you can still see clearly)! We are celebrating The Flock of Gamers like few have ever seen! **The price of entry - Any shareable food or drink of your choosing!** **THIS IS WAR!** Our featured drinking game for the evening is **Egyptian War** (also known as: Rat Screw, Slap, War)! We start the games on easy, no sandwiches, no slap penalties, no funny business. After 1 round of practice we pour everyone a drink and the games officially begins! There will be plenty of additional video games, card games, and board games to play! **Did someone say BYOB!?** All alcohol and 420 products are welcome with exception to torches. Please bring only electric dab rigs and vapes. The host will be providing water, snacks, and mixed drinks for all to enjoy! Please bring your favorite food, snack, or drink of choice to share and be rewarded with the chance to try ours! Vegan friendly and allergen safe food items can be kept separate if necessary. Ice chests, compostable plates, and reusable cups and utensils will be available. **Crashing out? No Problem!** We have a vacant unit with Air mattresses and blankets for those who need to sleep off the night before venturing home! Going through a divorce is most often a very challenging process - financially, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Your way of life may change dramatically as you are faced with legal and relationship conflicts, endless discussions, heated arguments, complicated negotiations, and a myriad of choices and decisions to make. Communication between you and your spouse, often difficult under any circumstances, may become excruciatingly painful as you argue about the custody and care of your children, how much time you'll each have with them, and who is going to pay for what. While you're in the divorcing process it is hard to be vulnerable and attempt to heal and complete the past. You are angry, your spouse is angry and fighting comes all too easy. And yet, just as you must resolve your legal issues, healing and completing is exactly what can and should take place. At this time it is important to have a positive support network - good friends, family and professionals who will listen patiently and give sound advice sparingly. You do not need someone egging you on with unrealistic expectations and hurtful strategies of punishment and revenge. The Marina del Rey Divorce, Separation and Mediation Group is a resource for support as you go through this challenging life transition. The group is facilitated by Dennis A. Cohen an attorney and mediator. Using a combination of education, exercises, group encouragement and sharing, participants receive support in coping with the divorce process, learning about the law, improving communication skills, and getting the perspective of others who are also going, through the challenging process of ending a marriage. Gamers Get GAINS (Group Workout)

Hello fellow gamers! If you feel like you have been missing that support that pushes you to reach just a little harder, so have we. **Gamers Get Gains** is a gamified fitness event wholly focused on leveling up every participant’s strength, endurance, and mobility, whiles encouraging daily habits that will benefit not only our bodies, but also our mental health. **NO - you do not need to be “in shape” to feel welcome here.** **YES - you can participate no matter what your goals may be.** Health is an undervalued foundation of our daily lives and everyone deserves a chance to be supported at every stage of their journey! **Here is the structure:** There are 3 decks - **Upper Boddy, Lower Body, and Cardio.** The Group must draw 2 cards from each deck in any order. The chosen cards will specify the workout that is to be done together. All workouts are beginner friendly but If the exercise is too challenging or not challenging enough, just try your best or substitute for another similar workout. Don't be afraid to ask for help if you need tips on how to modify any workout to best fit your unique needs. After the workout we get to cool off and relax on the roof and enjoy the evening air. **Meet at -** 226 N Lake St, Rooftop Gym @7pm **Please Bring –** Water, any snacks you need to sustain your energy, a yoga mat if you aren’t comfortable on the gym floor, and a protein smoothy for post-workout intake. **RSVP Policy:** 10-participant maximum.
