Circle Song: Improvised Body Music

**Invitation** **We are the instruments.** A participatory, improvised, embodied practice that reconnects us to one another through rhythm, voice, and play. A morning to get your hands dirty, to help look after Las Acacias (https://lasacaciaspermacultura.com/), a permacultral educational project within a little forest and share some laughter and chats with friends who come on the day. The project is located about 20mins walk from Castelldefels train station.
