Acompañarnos emprendiendo

Este encuentro es para quienes nos dedicamos a acompañar desde distintos caminos (psicología, terapia, yoga, meditación, musicoterapia, arteterapia…) y estamos emprendiendo, ya sea empezando o llevando un tiempo. ​La idea es crear un espacio horizontal donde encontrarnos con personas en una situación parecida y con una sensibilidad cercana, para sostenernos y nutrirnos mutuamente. ​Muchas personas llegamos a acompañar por nuestra propia historia de vida, que nos ha dado una forma de estar, de mirar y de escuchar. Propongo ofrecernos eso también entre nosotros y nosotras: compartir cómo nos va, lo que nos ilusiona y lo que nos pesa, desde una mirada y una escucha mutuas. ​Nos encontraremos en la cafetería para tomar algo tranquilamente y compartir un rato juntos y juntas. Llevaré preparados algunos temas e ideas por si en algún momento nos apetece utilizarlos como hilo conductor.

**Invitation** **We are the instruments.** A participatory, improvised, embodied practice that reconnects us to one another through rhythm, voice, and play. This is a guided yet fully improvised experience, using the facilitation tools and methods of [Musica do Circulo](https://www.musicadocirculo.com/en).
