🌸 **Picnic Season is Here!** Join us for a joyful **Asian Friends Picnic** — a perfect mix of food, fun games, and great company! We’ll be spending a relaxing afternoon playing: **Sports/Activities:** Badminton, Volleyball, Frisbee, Cornhole, Ring Toss **Board & Card Games**: Codenames, Jenga, Taboo, Scout, Exploding Kittens, and more! Light snacks and drinks will be provided, but feel free to bring your favorite Asian dishes, snacks, or drinks to share. Bring your picnic blanket/mat, sunscreen, and your best vibes. Whether you want to play active games, chill and chat, or go all-in on board games — there’s something for everyone. This is a casual, inclusive event for Asian friends of all backgrounds. PLEASE NOTE that attendance is being taken so make sure you’re signing in and paying the $10 fee PRIOR to taking the field. This will help cover the permit, clinchers and all expenses coming out of pocket. • Rsvp’s will have 1st dibs at playing time given they arrive by 10:00. Any rsvp arriving past said time will be counted as a no show, this is to ensure we start playing at a promptly manner and there’s no long waitlist. Waitlisted ppl can come at their own risk of not playing given if we have all rsvp’s show there will be no guaranteed playing time. Absolutely NO late walk ons will be allowed to join, it’s very simple to mark yourselves attending. • 3 NO SHOWS will get you BANNED from this group. • Any ball hit to right field whether it hits the tree on the fly or rolls into the walk path will be ruled a double. • Sliding is allowed but runner must give themselves up to avoid collisions on bases including home at all cost. • NO METAL CLEATS. • Runner leaves on contact! • NO HOGGING POSITIONS.
