Inspiriert von Body-Mind Centering®, der Atemarbeit nach Ilse Middendorf, Authentic Movement und Feldenkrais verbinden die Sessions angeleitete Bewegung, Berührung, Improvisation und Reflexion. Grounded in consent, autonomy and care, the practice supports embodied awareness, bodily autonomy and resilience within a supportive community. Each session begins with a guided somatic movement practice focused on developing anatomical tools for self-observation. We work with the five cardinal lines (arms, legs, spine), the four corners of the trunk (shoulders and hips), the three primary weights (head, chest, pelvis), and the two sides of the body. These principles support participants in orienting within their own physical architecture and cultivating embodied awareness. From this foundation, the practice expands into communal movement and shared spatial authorship, including time for integration and reflection. This FLINTA\ \*futsal event is part of BSC Eintracht Südring club. Futsal is an indoor 5v5 version of football. Our main concept is that every FLINTA\* person feels welcomed. Level doesn’t matter. What truly matters is wanting to improve and have fun playing. This event is considered a free trial session for FLINTA\ \*people who may consider joining the club after trying. Trial session is on Sunday where we play games of 5 vs 5. Once/if you join the club, you would have the opportunity to train with us 3 times a week which includes dedicated sessions for team strategy and also individual skill building. Different gym locations with showers are available for each session. Users are forced to wait for the entire screen to finish composing before seeing anything meaningful, creating slow and unresponsive first-load moments. This talk presents Phased Compose, a phased rendering technique that splits a large composition into deterministic steps. Instead of generating one long frozen frame, each major section renders in its own phase, allowing meaningful content to appear immediately while remaining parts compose progressively. This approach reduced frozen frames by over 30% on complex screens, without delays or timers. I will explain why existing APIs like PausableComposition and lazy layouts don’t solve first-frame jank, and how Phased Compose provides a general, predictable solution.
