The newest format of Re(a)d Wedding events is back for its second installment! --- Please join us for **MONOLOG**: a workshop on cathartic storytelling. We'll gather in the late morning on Saturday, September 12th, K26: a new space run by the legendary team behind Lettrétage, one of the best venues for literature events in Berlin. MONOLOG is a great fit for up-and-coming performers, spoken-word poets & those of you wanting to explore your expressive voice. Through a series of activities, we will explore different methods of finding our story, engaging with the stage, and ways of shifting meaning through voice and embodiment of our words. The goal is for you to find your voice and grow more confident in performing on stage. We will explore three core concepts in crafting and performing powerful pieces: honesty, presence and rhythm. **Schedule** * Doors for workshop participants: 10:15 * Workshop runs: 10:30 - 12:00 * A future performance with workshop participants: TBD, as we decide together :) **Your Hosts** 1. **Bubamarrë** 🐞 a Berlin-based Albanian writer and spoken-word performer, co-organizer of Re(a)d Wedding. **Hello every boardgame enjoyer!** We'll continue our weekly boardgame evenings every Wednesday in Drehmoment (Glasgower Str. 29, 13349 Berlin) from 19:00. You are all invited to join us! You can expect a lot of fun light games suitable for the location. We have a small library of games that are free to use and you are also encouraged to bring your own, it's alway fun to try something new. The games are fast so feel free to join any time! Gamers of all experience levels are welcome. Drehmoment is a classic Berlin bar, they offer varius drinks and have the best cocktails in Wedding. We have a big room in the back just for us. We are allowed to bring your own food and they have snacks for sale. A couple of ground rules that we take seriously: 1. We are guests at Drehmoment, please treat their staff with respect. 2. There is no entry fee but please support the bar by buying drinks or snacks while you are playing. 3. Be efficient in your seating and kind to other patrons. See you on Wednesday
