**Welcome** *ALL* trans, non-binary, gnc (Gender non-conforming), intersex, people sincerely questioning a transgender path, other friendly queers, and allies! TGSF gets together in person, at least once a month, generally on the last Thursday of the month. **Our "NEW VENUE"!** We will meet at **Taqueria San Jose,** which is the name of our old venue, but they moved across the street! So, same time, same name, but now at 2839 Mission St, across Mission Street, from Taqueria Los Altos. - Sorry for any confusion. It's good to buy food here to support them, but **food is optional**. (Meat will undoubtedly be eaten by someone at the restaurant. If you'd like to help organize vegan, or non-food events, please contact TGSF via *TGSF.org@proton.me* !) SF Foodies has gone to Tony’s Pizza Napoltena a few times for it’s pricey tasting menu. That experience is not for everyone, so now you’ll have the opportunity to experience Tony’s your way, by ordering a la carte. I’m excited to try the calamari and revisit the Artichoke Joe pizza. Maybe you want to try one of the award-winning Neopolitan pizzas, or a hearty thick-crust style. Dining a la carte means waiting in line. Tony’s does not take reservations. We can wait in a nearby park or bar and get to know each other as we wait. The wait time will be unpredictable, and they will not seat us if our party is incomplete, so please arrive on time and don’t wander off. Also, large parties must dine outside. Tony’s does provide heat lamps, but sometimes one side of the table will end up warmer than the other, depending on the position of the heat lamps. You should dress for the weather, in layers. Chef Tony Gemignani is a thirteen-time World Pizza Champion. Tony’s was the first restaurant to bring several styles of pizza to California. Part of the appeal is the many different styles of pizza, cooked in different specialized pizza ovens. Hopefully we’ll share some food, but you can order on your own if you prefer. In addition to pizza, they have delicious pastas. They also serve vegan and gluten-free options. Alcoholic beverages can increase that total. Food and drinks will be the responsibility of the person(s) who ordered them. No separate checks. Please be prepared to split the check at the event and pay via cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Cash. **Taxes and Fees** Dining in San Francisco has a sales tax (8.625%) and possibly a mandate (5-6%). We will add a gratuity of 20%. **Parking and Transportation** BART to Montgomery St plus a 15 minute walk Muni 39, 45 to Union & Columbus, 8 to Columbus & Green Limited street parking in North Beach, but garages are available

September in San Francisco is typically warm-I'm aiming for a quintessential coastal vibe on this Labor Day weekend Sunday. We'll start by forming groups where people will take turns sharing 1-2 quick movie reviews of what they've watched recently (no spoilers unless the group decides it's ok). After group sharing is done we'll mix and mingle for general discussion. Please come prepared to share at least one movie review with your group. The Flying Pig has a great selection of beverages (including non-alcoholic) as well as food for dinner or snacking.
