ABOUT Our in-person Trivia events have always been a hit, attracting a large number of enthusiastic participants. Now, we have developed an innovative system that allows you to enjoy these events without leaving your home. HOW IT WORKS This event takes place entirely on zoom. You will be able to see and hear the other participants as you play along. Moreover, you'll have the opportunity to meet and interact with other trivia enthusiasts. When the game begins, the host will ask a series of trivia questions. Your objective is to come up with the correct answers and jot them down on your paper. Once a round is complete (typically consisting of around 6 questions), we will go through the answers and determine the participant with the highest score for that round. The winner will receive a raffle ticket, giving them a chance to win exciting prizes at the end of the event. Prizes may include Amazon Gift Cards, free entry to future events, and other exciting goodies. Throughout the event, we will have multiple rounds of play and a virtual system in place to introduce you to other participants. HOW TO ACCESS THE VIRTUAL ROOM After purchasing your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email containing the Zoom link. Simply click on the link to log in and join the virtual room for the event. CFO AI Leverage Report: AI Budgets, ROI and Finance Sign-Off

Sun, Sep 20, 3:30 PM
From The Executive Community by Open Future Forum

Enterprise AI is moving from experimentation into the finance office. Open Future Forum has released the **CFO AI Leverage Report, Edition 1**, introducing the **Enterprise AI Buying & Budget Index** and the **CFO AI Leverage Index**. The report examines how CFOs and senior finance leaders are evaluating AI budgets, buying authority, ROI, productivity, governance and the question now sitting at the center of enterprise AI adoption: **Can AI help companies grow output without growing headcount at the same rate?** Read the report here: [https://openfutureforum.com/research/cfo-ai-leverage-report](https://openfutureforum.com/research/cfo-ai-leverage-report) This private executive discussion will focus on what the report means for CFOs, founders, finance leaders, AI operators, investors and enterprise executives. We will look at how AI buying is shifting, who signs off on AI purchases, what finance teams are measuring, and why AI ROI is becoming a CFO-level issue rather than only a technology issue. According to the report, enterprise generative AI spending reached approximately **$37 billion in 2025**, more than tripling from the prior year. At the same time, the share of AI spend funded from experimental innovation budgets fell from **25% to 7%** in one year, showing that AI is moving into core operating budgets. The report also draws on Open Future Forum’s 2026 executive community activity, including **200+ executive registrations across 20+ events**, with **60+ finance leaders and operators**, **50+ security leaders**, and **100+ founders**. In an early directional read, **3 in 5 finance leaders asked said the CFO or finance organization signs off on AI purchases**, rather than the CEO or IT. This discussion is connected to the **CFO Executive Forum**, Open Future Forum’s invitation-only community for CFOs and senior finance leaders of high-growth companies. The CFO Executive Forum hosts small, off-the-record gatherings across Silicon Valley focused on AI, capital allocation, governance, growth, risk, productivity and the changing role of the finance function. Learn more about the CFO Executive Forum here: [https://openfutureforum.com/cfo-executive-forum](https://openfutureforum.com/cfo-executive-forum) **What we will discuss** How CFOs are evaluating enterprise AI spend Why AI budgets are moving from innovation budgets into operating budgets Who signs off on enterprise AI purchases How finance leaders are measuring AI ROI Whether AI can create real headcount leverage Where AI improves productivity, margin and capital efficiency Why founders selling AI tools need to understand the finance buyer How boards and investors are starting to ask harder questions about AI value **Who should attend** This event is designed for CFOs, VPs of Finance, controllers, finance operators, CEOs, founders, investors, enterprise AI leaders and executives responsible for AI budgets, AI transformation, productivity, governance or capital allocation. **Why this matters** The first phase of enterprise AI was about adoption. The next phase is about leverage. Executives are no longer asking only whether AI works. They are asking whether AI creates measurable business value, improves productivity, reduces operating drag, supports growth and helps teams do more without simply adding more tools, more vendors and more headcount. That is a finance question. The CFO AI Leverage Report and Enterprise AI Buying & Budget Index are designed to track that shift over time. **Key links** CFO AI Leverage Report: [https://openfutureforum.com/research/cfo-ai-leverage-report](https://openfutureforum.com/research/cfo-ai-leverage-report) CFO Executive Forum: [https://openfutureforum.com/cfo-executive-forum](https://openfutureforum.com/cfo-executive-forum) Open Future Forum: [https://openfutureforum.com](https://openfutureforum.com/)

The Orient Express. . . you heard about it many times. The romance, the mystery, the adventure! Of course - the opulence too! ***While the original Orient Express train is now part of history, our journey revives its spirit—crossing Europe from Paris to Istanbul, echoing the legendary route that once defined luxury rail travel.*** This experience brings back the magic of the rails—without the inflated cost of old-world extravagance. Instead, we focus on service, comfort, and contemporary refinement, blending iconic train travel with thoughtfully curated experiences. We retrace the route of the original Orient Express using a mix of **modern night trains, high-speed day trains, and select short flights**, creating a seamless and unforgettable journey. Our route takes us to: Paris → Venice → Vienna → Prague → Budapest → Istanbul Included: * Train transportation between 4 cities. * 2 nights on an actual night train with sleeping compartment * Air transportation Paris / Venice and Budapest / Istanbul * 11 nights in First Class hotels with best central locations * Daily breakfast + select lunches and dinners * All transfers (hotels, train stations, airports) * Guided tours in every city * Entrances to many museums. * And more thoughtful touches throughout the journey We travel as a group, and also have the flexibility of hop-on, hop-off tours and museum passes with "skip the line" so you can enjoy complete independence. The trip is designed for curious, like-minded travelers who value both freedom and shared experiences. It is all included in the price! You are free to do your own thing, cater to your special interests, visit other sights and locations in the cities, while still being guided and helped with all the arrangements. A balance of independence when you want it and being included in all group activities when you prefer it. The idea is: come alone, meet new like-minded people and make lifelong memories . . . without being stuck with the "one size fits all" tour formula. Here is a basic thumbnail: · **Paris – 3 nights** Evening flight to Venice · **Venice – 1 night** Night train to Vienna · **Vienna – 1 night** Evening train to Prague · **Prague – 2 nights** Night train to Budapest · **Budapest – 1 night** Evening flight to Istanbul · **Istanbul – 3 nights**. Sleeper Cabins on the trains and First Class centrally located hotels in each city. ***What was The Orient Express?*** *It was long-distance passenger train service that began in 1883 with the original endpoints being Paris to Istanbul. The original name became synonymous with intrigue and was a showcase of luxury with comfort at a time when traveling was still rough and dangerous.* *In Istanbul the Pera Palace Hotel, built in 1892, was the accommodation at the terminus. And we are staying in it!* ***The original Orient Express ceased operation in 1977 and we are not using the original old train. It no longer exists.*** EVERY aspect of this trip is epic. * Visit picturesque and storied cities. * Enjoy trains and experience the enchantment of the rails. * In the end you will have visited 6 countries: France, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary and Turkey! **The tour starts in Paris on Sep 20 and ends in Istanbul on Oct 03.** ***$5490 total cost per person, double occupancy.*** ***$7090 total cost for solo occupancy.*** PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE AIRFARE.
