Yoga & hike at Redwood Regional Park!
Fri, Sep 18, 11:30 PM🌿 Yoga & Hike at Redwood Regional Park Join us for an evening of movement, mindfulness, nature, and connection. We'll gather at 4:30 PM on the grassy area across from Canyon Meadow Parking Lot for a casual meet-and-greet. Everyone is invited to introduce themselves and share one or two things that brought them joy this week before we welcome our yoga instructor for the day. We'll begin with a gentle introduction to standing yoga poses and mindful movement. No yoga mat is needed—just wear comfortable clothing and bring layers for the hike afterward. The session is designed to be welcoming for all experience levels. We're delighted to have Sheena guiding our yoga practice. Community contributions help fairly compensate our instructor for sharing her time and expertise and make it possible to continue offering wellness experiences like these in the future. If you'd like to support this growing community, donations of any amount are warmly appreciated and can be made directly on the day of the event or through the Pledge link. Your generosity helps create a sustainable space where people can improve their well-being, build meaningful relationships, and reconnect with nature together. Suggested contribution: $10–20 (completely optional). No one will be turned away due to financial circumstances. As this community continues to grow, we also ask that you RSVP thoughtfully. If you sign up, please make every effort to attend. Your reservation helps us plan appropriately and reserves a spot that another member might otherwise enjoy. If your plans change, please update your RSVP as soon as possible so someone else has the opportunity to join. Please come prepared with adequate water, appropriate footwear, and clothing suitable for changing weather conditions. Be respectful of fellow participants, the environment, and the shared experience. Participant Responsibility & Safety: By attending this event, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and are responsible for your own health, safety, decisions, and personal belongings. Please hike and participate in yoga within your own abilities and comfort level. The organizers, volunteer hosts, and instructors are not responsible for injuries, accidents, losses, or emergencies that may occur during or in connection with this event. Thank you for helping us create a kind, respectful, and supportive community. We look forward to sharing the trail with you.

SOULSONG
Sun, Sep 27, 2:30 AM### Spirit · Singing · Ceremony with Kid Beyond *In-person only* **SOULSONG** is a new kind of spiritual community — where meditation and dharma meet singing and ceremony. Dharma teacher / songleader Kid Beyond will offer a soul-nurturing alchemy of meditation, reflection, and group singing — with songs of love and joy… tenderness and connection… gratitude and inspiration. Together, in loving community, we can let our hearts open wide — deeply embodied, vibrantly alive. You don’t need to be a “good singer” or a “good meditator.” The songs and practices are easy to learn. All voices, bodies, and hearts are welcome. **Kid Beyond** is a dharma teacher, soul singer, songleader, and soul guide. He is devoted to helping hearts open to love, aliveness, wisdom, and healing. Trained and authorized by Spirit Rock, in the Thai Forest lineage of Buddhism, he has guided thousands of students in his classes, workshops, and retreats. He has taught mindfulness in the US Congress; led the SF County Jail’s meditation and yoga program; guided adults and teens at Spirit Rock; led the weekly Heart Camp sangha for 6 years; taught mindful men’s groups; and served as a Fitbit Mindfulness Advisor, bringing well-being practices to corporations, the military, and government. His Love Warrior music has riveted audiences worldwide — playing festivals such as Coachella and SXSW, and opening for James Brown, Ray Charles, Michael Franti, Imogen Heap, LL Cool J, and many more. He has led song circles and workshops in vocal exploration and embodiment for over 30 years. **[kidbeyond.com](http://kidbeyond.com) · [Instagram](https://instagram.com/kidbeyond/) · [Facebook](http://facebook.com/kidbeyond)**
