Presence is the ground of all meaningful connection. When we’re not fully here, or when we slip into autopilot, we miss the signals that shape our relationships and the aliveness that guide our attention. Presence matters because it allows us to meet ourselves and others exactly as we are rather than reacting from habit or unconscious patterns. This workshop is an invitation to return to that immediacy. Instead of pushing past our experience or getting swept up in thoughts and judgments, we’ll explore how to come back to the moment with curiosity. You’ll learn practices that help you track your experience, and discover how presence naturally creates more connection - with yourself and with others. Through simple, structured activities, we will explore what supports grounded and attuned relating, and experiment with how to: * Slow down and increase our awareness of the present moment * Track the wholeness of our inner experience - sensations, emotions, and thoughts * Notice where our attention goes and what feels alive * Pause judgment and welcome “what is” * Offer presence as a relational gift. The workshop is mostly experiential. You can expect a mix of structured activities in pairs or small groups (50%), facilitated reflection time (30%) and teachings (20%).
