During a 'day' phase players socialize openly and whisper privately to trade knowledge or spread lies, culminating in a player's execution if a majority suspects them of being Evil. At 'night' time, players close their eyes and some are woken one at a time by the Storyteller to gather information, spread mischief, or kill. ⚫ ***Did you know that Event Horizon’s gravity drive was inspired by the puzzle box from Hellraiser? Oh yes, baby… and there’s a lot more where that effing spaceship came from.*** 👋 **What’s up guys!** We’re beginning our tribute day to the late, great **Sam Neill** with one of his most memorable journeys into horror, and unfortunately for **Dr. William Weir**, this particular journey appears to go **straight down to Hell.** Or is it up in space? I don’t know now. Director **Paul W. S. Anderson**, the genius bad ass behind this journey of madness, designed this ship as a kind of **flying gothic cathedral** and modelled its rotating corridor around the **Nine Circles of Hell from Dante’s** **Inferno**. Basically, this ship was doomed from its conception, long before anyone had the nerve to switch the bloody thing on. If you want a taste of what **2047** could potentially look like, then follow this rescue crew as they investigate this mysterious experimental starship as it suddenly reappears out of nowhere, opening a gateway into pure, malevolent chaos. Join OverBoard to play the brilliant social deduction game Blood on the Clocktower in person at the brand new board game cafe Otter Chaos in Brixton. If you haven’t heard of Blood on the Clocktower before it is an evolution of classic party games like Mafia/Werewolf where a hidden evil team takes on the good team by lying and killing. The good team has a few tricks up their sleeve but will have to work together to deduce who the evil doers are in their midst. **This is a beginner friendly event so no experience with the game is necessary.** Please note that a gaming cover charge of \~£5 will be payable by each attendee to the venue so that we can make use of the space. We also encourage you to buy food and drink from the bar so we are supporting the business (I can highly recommend their pizzas!) Take the ELIZABETH LINE, DLR or NATIONAL RAIL to arrive at the start point at ABBEY WOOD STATION. Get out, explore and enjoy London's abundant green spaces and waterways. Give up the city streets for a day and breathe some fresh air. Improve your overall fitness levels. Make some new friends at the same time. **WALK START: Meeting at ABBEY WOOD Elizabeth Line Station** (Zone 4). When you arrive at the start look for the 'KEN'S EVENTS/Meetup Flag/Sign. WALK ROUTE: Through Lesne Abbey Woods from Abbey Wood Station, through Borstal Woods and East Wickham Open Space. WALK FINISH: This walking event ends on arrival at a large Wetherspoons pub close to Welling Station (National Rail). WALK DISTANCE: Approx 6 miles. COST of EVENT: A £5 meetup organiser's contribution will be collected from attendees who do not hold the Ken's Events Membership Card. London Society FREE WALK - Blackfriars to Battersea Power Station

Have you ever wanted to be immersed within either the city or nature in the form of a walk and socialise at the same time? If so, this may be the right walk for you. Welcome to another one of the FREE WALK events where you have the opportunity to explore all the scenic routes I’ll execute whether there’s nature within, whether we get immersed within the city and feel great about yourself. 

With this particular walk, we will be walking down the river from Blackfriars to Battersea Power station. As we go along the river, we should see remnants of what makes the skyline, Tate modern, The house of Parliament and any other scenic views on the way. A transition from East Central to South West. After this, we may do an aftermath if you wish and let democracy decide. REQUIREMENTS - Just your good behaviour is all and whatever is listed above for the walk.

If you ask a question that either already has the answer to it or doesn’t relate to the event at all, I won’t respond. Whenever an event takes place, I will cut off contact 20 minutes after the event commences. If you message even 1 minute after the cut off time, I won’t be available as I’m conducting the event. There will be photography and videography by myself so if you are photo conscious and/or do not want to be in the video, do kindly inform me and I’ll try my utmost best to not involve you in the picture.
