**The Vision** Silicon Bridge is a high-level "Founder’s Table" dedicated to the economic integration of Berlin and East Africa. **💲 Registration fee** * **€2 donation (cash only, please bring exact change)** * **You must buy a drink or food before sitting.** **(We were warned that you cannot sit without buying a drink.** This is a private café. Dear Book Enthusiasts, For our June gathering, we’ll be reading ***The Summer Book*** by the Finnish writer **Tove Jansson**. First published in 1972, this quiet and deeply moving novel follows the relationship between a young girl and her grandmother as they spend a summer together on a small island in the Gulf of Finland. Through brief, luminous episodes, Jansson explores childhood, aging, nature, solitude, and the subtle bonds between generations with warmth, humor, and extraordinary sensitivity. **Wir treffen uns am 05.06. um 19:00 im kleinen Café des Paul-Schneider-Hauses für einen gemütlichen Brettspiele-Abend! Getränke können dort gekauft oder selbst mitgebracht werden. Was mitzubringen ist: Snacks (wenn benötigt) und eure Lieblingsspiele! Es sind dort keine Spiele vorrätig, deshalb sind wir auf unsere eigenen Spiele angewiesen. Wenn jemand aber nichts mitbringen kann, ist das auch kein Problem. Tabletennis at Lietzenseepark

Looking for a relaxed way to play table tennis after work? Then feel free to join us! We meet every Thursday from around 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM (18:30 - 20:30) at the table tennis tables at Lietzensee. Everyone is welcome – whether you are a beginner, casual player, or experienced. You are also welcome to bring friends along. The focus is on having fun, getting some movement outdoors, and meeting new people. Just show up and join in! ## How we play Usually, we have at least two tables available, as long as they are not already taken. Depending on the number of people and the mood, we either play casual matches, 1-on-1 games across two tables, or small friendly tournaments. This way, there is usually something for everyone. ## Good to know * Everyone is welcome. * Friends and acquaintances are welcome to join. * Please bring your own paddle if possible. * If you don’t have one, no problem – I will bring a few extra paddles that can be borrowed. * The group is loosely organized – feel free to just show up and play. * As we play outdoors, we are dependent on the weather. In case of heavy rain or other unsuitable weather conditions, the event may have to be cancelled. Any updates will be shared via Meetup and the WhatsApp group * To make communication easier, there is a WhatsApp group. It is recommended to join if you plan to attend more regularly.
