From Create against the Machine: Tap into your Natural Creativity

**"Create against the Machine" is a 5-week, in-person group experience designed to help you build a sustainable creative practice.** **Together, we will harness the power of community, consistency and clear intention, so it can carry you all the way through 2026 and beyond!** WHEN: Sundays, 4-7pm, starting September 13th through October 11th WHERE: "The Fool" Berlin Kreuzberg FEES: 77€ in total for all 5 sessions (Early Bird Pricing!) Spots are limited to 20 in order to secure maximum results for each participant. **Does this sound familiar?** * You keep telling yourself you'll start tomorrow. * You have ideas, but struggle to turn them into action. * You're tired of the cycle of excitement, procrastination, and guilt. * You know creativity makes you feel alive, but you can't seem to make space for it. * You're looking for accountability without pressure, and community without competition. * You don't need more information—you need a practice that actually sticks. **If you found yourself nodding along, Create Against the Machine was made for you.** **What to expect** Over the course of **5 weeks**, we'll create a supportive space to help you establish a creative practice that feels sustainable, joyful, and rooted in your everyday life. **Weekly in-person sessions** **5 Sunday sessions, from 4-6.30 pm, starting Sunday September 13th through October 11th.** Each session includes: * An inspirational talk with practical tips and strategies for inviting creativity into your daily life. * 1–2 hours of group coaching, Q&A, and hot-seat coaching, where we work through challenges, celebrate wins, and support one another. **Create against the Machine - Community** Between sessions, you'll be part of a dedicated **CATM -Messenger group**, where participants can share questions, reflections, challenges, and successes while encouraging each other throughout the week. **Weekly creative assignments** Each week you'll receive a practical assignment designed to strengthen your creative practice and help you move through resistance, self-doubt, or procrastination. It's for anyone who wants to build a regular, intentional practice around something that matters to them—whether that's painting, writing, gardening, tarot reading, posting consistently on social media, or any other creative or meaningful pursuit. Whether you're an experienced creative looking for accountability or someone who's been meaning to start "one day," you're welcome here. The only requirement is a genuine commitment to showing up for your practice. This is also a space for people who understand the importance of creating and contributing to a safe, respectful, and supportive community. **By the end of the 5 weeks...** You'll have practical tools, supportive habits, and first-hand experience of maintaining a consistent creative practice—one that helps you move toward your creative goals throughout the year. Create against the Machine will help you transform inspiration into tangible, realistic action steps and build a practice that nourishes your creativity, your wellbeing, and perhaps even your livelihood. **What this course is *not*** This is **not** a course about: * applying for grants * marketing your art * selling your work * learning technical skills like painting, design, Photoshop, or printmaking **What you *will* learn** You will learn how to develop a consistent creative practice that nourishes your life and feeds your soul! **Total cost for all 5 sessions: 77€ (Early Bird)** REGISTER HERE: www.lotisxx.com/create We live in a world where machines have transformed so many parts of our daily lives—from washing our clothes and preparing our food to managing our schedules, communicating, and now even generating creative work. While these tools can make life easier, they have also changed our relationship with creativity. We’ve slowly outsourced parts of our creative process and lost touch with something deeply human: our own innate, effortless ability to create. **Create Against the Machine** invites you to reconnect with your innate creativity by helping you build a consistent creative practice—one that enriches your life, nourishes your soul, and brings you back to what it means to create. For more info head to: www.lotisxx.com/create Please note: Due to the nature of this course, sessions cannot be booked individually. If you are unable to attend one or more sessions, you will receive a summary of the course content in either video or written format. Due to the in-person nature of this course, we are unable to offer refunds. Should you have any questions regarding this offer, please contact lotis@lotisxx.com.

Nerds, Creatives & Dreamers

Nerds, Creatives & Dreamers

Sat, Sep 12, 1:00 PM
From Nerds, Creatives & Dreamers
4.8

**Nerds, Creatives & Dreamers** is a small, curated gathering in Berlin for two kinds of people who almost never end up in the same room: the ones who build things with code, and the ones who build things with imagination. Developers and painters. Engineers and writers. Founders and photographers. In daily life these worlds rarely collide — here, that collision is the whole point. Just a good space, a deliberate mix of curious people, and the freedom to let the evening unfold. Come ready to be surprised by who you meet and where the evening takes you. A room full of curious humans. We’re here to socialize as human beings. And if you do exchange contacts — make it personal, not transactional. **🛠 If You Build Things** · Developers & Engineers · Designers & Product People · Founders · People Who Code for Fun **🎨 If You Create Things** · Writers & Journalists · Photographers · Artists & Painters · Anyone With a Side Obsession 👉 **You can also join via Luma if this event reaches capacity: https://luma.com/0y2yd2q4** Please RSVP “yes” only if you can make it, so we can save a seat for you and others on the waitlist. **📝 Note:** You are welcome to attend our social meetup! The event is free. The space is generously hosted for us — the only thing we ask is that you support it by buying a drink, etc. A small gesture that keeps evenings like this possible. **🤝 Community:** This is a space built on curiosity and respect. We keep it that way — for everyone.
