Behind the Mask: A Neurodivergent Community (Virtual Group)

Mon, Jun 8, 11:00 AM
From Wired Well Support

## A low-pressure virtual group for neurodivergent adults to connect, reflect, and share lived experiences in a supportive small-group setting. This monthly group is for ADHD and autistic adults who want space for connection and shared understanding with others who relate to neurodivergent ways of thinking, processing, and moving through the world. **Do you ever want to connect with other neurodivergent adults who just get it?** This group explores shared lived experiences such as: * late diagnosis and identity shifts * masking and unmasking * relationships and work dynamics * routines, burnout cycles, and energy patterns * sensory experiences and everyday life navigation Participation is flexible and there is no required way to engage. You are welcome to: * listen quietly * use chat instead of speaking * keep your camera off * speak more actively when it feels right for you You are always encouraged to move at your own pace. Sessions are held once per month in a small-group virtual format. To learn more about it visit: [www.wiredwellsupport.com](http://www.wiredwellsupport.com)
