Ecotopías, una aproximación

El presente taller ofrece un panorama de lecturas que abarca la poesía, el cuento, el ensayo y la divulgación científica con el fin de explorar el concepto de “ecotopía” de Francisco Serratos. Para ello, se propondrán textos de lectura individual que establecerán un diálogo con la red literaria expuesta en cada sesión. Estos escenarios de “futurabilidad” (en términos de Franco “Bifo” Berardi), donde la naturaleza adquiere un lugar fundamental, se agruparán en tres apartados: flora, fauna, y funga. Cozy Tuesday Book Club: Small Things Like These

**Welcome to the meeting of our cozy book club!** 📚☕ This time, we’ll discuss The Small Things Like These by Claire Keegan. It's a short book of around 120 pages, and the language is enjoyable. If you haven’t read the book but still want to join, you’re welcome to come. Spoiler alert: we may discuss the ending 😀 **About** **us:** We are a new, small book club exploring a variety of genres and authors in coffee places across Barcelona. We come from different backgrounds, and our discussions are in English. However, you may read in any language. We value thoughtful conversations, a relaxed atmosphere, and inclusivity.

Coffee Connections

A casual (but coordinated) coffee break to meet new friends, take a Zoom break, and get your AM caffeine fix. Stop by for a few minutes or stay the whole time. Bring a friend or wander in solo. Come for the coffee and company, or just bring a book to read while surrounded by other in-real-life, community-seeking humans. Come by every Friday, or just when you happen to be in town. Make it whatever you need it to be that week. It's not an \*event\* per se, but we hope these Friday meet-ups can become a fixture of the bookshop! Gathering spot will be in the downstairs area of the bookshop (near the Community Library). Coffee and tea are 1.50€ and can be purchased at the cash register upstairs.
