Wed, Jun 24, 12:00 AM
From Women 40+ Support — NJ, NY, CT & Beyond

**🧠 FREE WORKSHOP — JUNE 2026** *** **TITLE:** > Why Your Brain Sabotages Your Diet *The Psychology of Lasting Weight Loss* *** **DATES & TIME:** > 📅 June 23 • July 1 • July 8 🕗 Tuesdays at 8PM EST 💻 Live on Zoom 🆓 Completely Free *** **DESCRIPTION:** > You know what to eat. You know what to do. So why doesn't it ever last? > Most women blame willpower. Or discipline. Or the wrong diet. > But the real reason is simpler — and far more powerful. > Your brain has a hidden program running in the background. And until you understand it — nothing will stick. > In this free 3-day live workshop I will show you exactly how your nervous system, your stress levels and your behavioral patterns are silently sabotaging your results. > Not because you are weak. Because nobody ever taught you this. *** **WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:** > ✨ Why all-or-nothing thinking destroys consistency ✨ How stress and cortisol make weight loss impossible ✨ The neuroscience behind self-sabotage — and how to rewire it ✨ Why cravings and food noise are not about hunger ✨ Why lasting weight loss has nothing to do with willpower *** **THIS IS NOT:** > ❌ Another diet plan ❌ A calorie counting class ❌ A restrictive protocol ❌ A quick fix *** **THIS IS:** > ✅ The psychology behind sustainable weight loss ✅ Practical neurobehavioral tools you can apply immediately ✅ Real information that changed my life and the lives of many women I have worked with ✅ A safe space for women 35+ to finally understand their own brain *** **ABOUT YOUR HOST:** > **Nivea Rocha** Certified Health Coach \| Menopause & Energy Coach Founder of MindGuards Labs > I spent 20 years stuck in the yo-yo dieting cycle. At 50 I lost 56 pounds. I have kept it off for 2 years. > Not because I found the perfect diet. Because I finally understood what my brain was doing — and stopped fighting it. > Today I guide women 35+ through the behavioral and nervous system work that makes everything else finally stick. *** **WHO THIS IS FOR:** > 💜 Women 35+ who are tired of starting over 💜 Women who know what to do but can't stay consistent 💜 Women in perimenopause or menopause struggling with weight 💜 Women who have tried everything and still feel stuck *** **HOW TO JOIN:** > Join our private Facebook group to receive the Zoom link: **Women 40+ Support — New Jersey & Beyond**🔗 https://www.facebook.com/share/g/1PMdwwVoHi/ > Or fill out the form for a free personalized plan: 🔗 https://forms.gle/WEtkMfh83gybQdxg8
