I was initiated into Mrs. Takata-style Reiki by New York-based Reiki Master Pamela Miles. Reiki is a form of vibrational medicine - it comes through me as the practitioner, but I don’t direct it. It is deeply relaxing, very similar to a spa-like meditation experience. While you can expect me to hold your head, face and throat area at the beginning, I will hold my hands just above your body for all the other placements. For maximum relaxation you can lie on your back, but if you prefer, you can sit upright in a chair instead. **Teacher Bio:** Jacqueline Delibes is a HeartMath Certified Coach, artist, Reiki healer and healthcare writer for an academic medical center. Her work is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and offered with gratitude and sincerity. *Heal One World is a nonprofit dedicated to providingholistic preventative healthcare services and low or no cost—no one is turnedaway due to lack of funds. If you’d like to contribute to our mission and helpus continue to provide services, you may choose to donate any amount on [PayPal](https://www.google.com/url?q=https://www.paypal.com/donate/?cmd%3D_s-xclick%26hosted_button_id%3D3FKQTKLQBB6PS%26source%3Durl&sa=D&source=calendar&ust=1778273635093086&usg=AOvVaw1PMH8zUOiQEfiYslVeZDqr) (no account necessary).Register Here!*
