We craft mindful experiences from network events to high level retreats and offer our roster of mentors to companies and festivals as speakers or facilitators. It is an invitation to connect more deeply with yourself and others, and to explore what happens in the present moment as we relate together. We practice noticing, without judgement, what is happening **within us and between us** right now. This may include observing: ✨ Sensations in the body ✨ Emotions as they arise ✨ Thoughts and inner narratives ✨ The subtle dynamics of connection with others By becoming more aware of our present-moment experience, we begin to understand ourselves more fully, lead ourselves more wisely, and cultivate trust in our own inner knowing. **What we’ll do** 🌱 Each session begins with gentle exercises that help us arrive, settle, and connect.
