16 km moderate. Champagne tasting. Hike in the most prestigious wineyard. We will share at least one bottle of champagne I will buy. We meet at **09:25 at Gare de L'Est, near the Starbucks, the one near the Daily Monop, near the tracks.** We will take the 09:49 train (name ZIMO, line P) and get off at Nanteuil-Saâcy at 10:38 (free with your zone 5 Navigo pass). Have your lunch with you. You will recognise mee with my blue scarf. A small fee of 9 euros by person, including champagne tasting will be asked in cash before we leave from the train station. Mushroom hunt in the forest of Fontainebleau

It's almost time to change the clocks - last chance to get out of Paris on a ☀️ day to the nature before the chill sets in! (Note - we are taking a different route to our tour from esrly October) A forest bigger than all of Paris, an ancient sea still strewn with boulders and the most popular forest of the Paris region - the Forest of Fonatinebleau is enormous - taking in several villages and of course the town and famous Chateau itself. Join us as we hike over boulders and to some of my secret known mushroom hunting spots - and teach you the basics of safely looking for edible mushrooms. Hear stories of the famous impressionist artists who made the area their home, climb the famous tower with incredible views over the forest and search for mushrooms and chestnuts. When: Saturday 24th October Start: AT FONTAINEBLEU-AVON Station. Take the 12:16 R train from Hall 1 at Gare de Lyon. Bring: Food/drink and walking shoes. ideally a basket or paper bags for anything you collect. Bonjour à tous ! Je vous propose une nouvelle randonnée le samedi 17 Octobre. Nous partirons pour une marche d'environ 18km au départ de la gare de Boissy-Saint-Léger. Nous suivrons le tracé suivant: https://www.visorando.com/randonnee-les-espaces-verts-de-sucy-en-brie-a-part/ Je vous donne rendez vous directement au départ de la randonnée à la gare de Boissy-Saint-Léger (RER A) à 10h30. C'est une boucle, nous repartirons de la même gare. Comme d'habitude, cette randonnée est gratuite, excepté pour le transport, votre nourriture et votre matériel. Prévoyez donc votre pique-nique, barres d'énergie, votre eau (je conseille 2L minimum), et bien sur de bonnes chaussures. Hike to Fontainebleau by the Seine River

16 km. Moderate Hike to Fontainebleau by the river, from Bois-le-Roi. Fontainebleau is where Napoleon bid farewell to the Old Gard, before his first abdication in 1814. It will be a relaxing hike along the wildest part of the river, houseboats, islands, parcs and extravagant houses, then we will have a drink near the Fontainebleau Palace. We meet from **10:15 to 10:30 at the Gare de Lyon.** Hall 1, level 0, in front of the Big Fernand restaurant. it close to track L.**We take the 10:46 train to Bois-le-Bois, line R (free with your Navigo Pass zone 5)** Have your lunch and water with you. Fontainebleau est l'endroit où Napoléon fit ses adieux à la vieille garde, avant sa première abdication en 1814. Ce sera une randonnée relaxante le long de la partie la plus sauvage de la rivière, avec ses péniches, îles, parcs et maisons extravagantes, puis nous prendrons un verre près du Palais de Fontainebleau. Nous nous retrouvons de **10h15 à 10h30 à la Gare de Lyon.
