REBIRTH — A Warm-Water Practice What might it feel like to pause, receive support and meet yourself with a little less judgment? Rebirth is an intimate, guided warm-water practice with psychologist and coach Aizhan Kadyr. In a small group of no more than three participants, we will explore the themes of support, trust and a new beginning through embodied experience and reflection. A NEW BEGINNING The practice draws on symbolic imagery of conception, prenatal life and birth as metaphors for beginning again. It is an invitation to explore what these images evoke in the present—not a claim to recover factual prenatal memories or rewrite the past. WHAT WE WILL EXPLORE • Receiving support and noticing how it feels to trust. • Becoming more attentive to bodily sensations and personal boundaries. • Recognizing self-judgment and exploring a kinder relationship with yourself. • Giving personal meaning to the idea of a new beginning for body, mind and soul. This gathering is for those curious about a reflective, body-centered experience in warm water. You are invited to approach it at your own pace, communicate your boundaries and share only what feels comfortable. 5 miles/ 1100 ft elevation gain Join Docent Franklin Young to watch the sunset from West Peak at 6:14PM. Please note that we’ll leave Pantoll promptly at 5PM. We’ll start our return in twilight and then go down the rebuilt Easy Grade trail in darkness. Moderate pace. We Return to Diamond Hts., for more - Exercise, Architectural & Grand Views

Lots of beautiful vistas in this neighborhood that was built up after WW II. About two or three miles today over very very hilly terrain. If we haven't done it beforehand we'll pick where we left off at the end of the March 1, 2026, Diamond Hts. tour where instead of going right when we returned to Diamond Hts.Blvd. we'll go left and up the hill for more exploring. Then join us afterward at Creighton Cafe for a choice of great sandwiches in a delightful outdoor setting at the Diamond Hts. Shopping Center. Meet at the Safeway Supermarket entrance off Diamond Hts. Blvd. Muni bus #35 or #52. Glen Park BART station is in the vicinity. When I do a tour to a new neighborhood I've only done once before, like Diamond Hts., it is extra fun and exciting for me. I'll have some basic local historic locations (see the attached photos) and heritage architecture sites (addresses). We'll find these with an excellent map with a great pre-planned route to follow. So join, me in exploring this San Francisco neighborhood on a new tour for all of us. I'll have hard copies of the route map and a list of POIs to hand-out to those who like to pitch-in and can help keep us on track. If you have a problem maintaining your social calendar, please be advised! **(Don't be a no-show.)** It's good to give out name tags which I do. I fill out the name tags just before I leave for the tour. This also gives me a way to take attendance. Because name tags that are not picked up, are recorded as no-shows. Hallowe'en Eve Parks Around The Panhandle

**Apologies for the change, but I have been asked to officiate a wedding on the 31st, so I am converting this to a Friday roam.** The last time we roamed on Hallowe'en, we were up in the Miraloma neighbourhood, and met some sweet people (and dogs in costume) opening their homes for trick or treat. This year, I thought of reviving a route we have taken a couple of times, to explore four parks around the panhandle, which will take us past perhaps the most famous decorated house in the city - one that has inspired some of its neighbours to step up their game as well. We will tackle a few climbs and dirt paths on the way around, and we will be back before nightfall! If you have an urge to come in costume, I won't stop you! *Bringing water, snacks, and layers for all the microclimates is the way to go.* *These roams are offered by donation. They are one way I am able to pay my rent in San Francisco.* *Punctuality is always appreciated, for the sake of everybody's time. Please send a message on the app before the start if you are running late, and we will either wait (up to ten minutes) of I will direct you on how to catch up. Once we get underway I have to focus on those who are there, and most likely won't respond.* *Generally half the people who sign up don't actually show up on the day. I do track flakiness and remove people who have a poor attendance record. It is discourteous to those on the waitlist who would like to attend.* *Sending me a message explaining that you can't make it is always appreciated.*
