**You must register on serenestrengthmindbody.com to redeem class and sign waiver. Click book a class and choose class on Friday 06/04 at 5PM. When it prompts for payment select free trial class in drop down. Will also add QR code in event pic to register for free class.
This is an all levels vin & yin yoga class. Can be taken by beginners. Bring water and a mat if you have one. Mats, blocks, blankets and straps available for use. Message with any questions.
