About us
This is a group to unite all women interested in learning about the great opportunities to get into fly fishing. All skill levels are welcome. We have a single gender mission but welcome all interested in promoting women fly fishing. I started this group to share the many resources available in our area to learn more and go fly fishing with other women. We'll learn about local fly fishing clubs and their events as well as create events of our own. We'll offer GoToMeetings formats as well as schedule get togethers at local retailers. Making women feel welcome in the local fly fishing clubs and meeting other women that want to have fun with this is my goal. Come join me.....

Rocky River TU Sitga Gear special event-save the date
Sitga Gear, 1930 Campden Rd, charlotte, NC, USRRTU Chapter Meeting at Sitka Gear in Charlotte. The store is located at 1930 Campden Rd in Charlotte. Sitka has recently introduced a line of clothing for fishing. Our meeting will focus on fly tying techniques featuring trout, bass and saltwater flies. We will be offering three stations of expert fly tyers. Tom Adams, RRTU past president and current lead for our fly tying schools will be leading this educational effort. Our chapter is very fortunate to have quality instructors like Tom for our classes. You can see the digest of flies along with recipes on the RRTU Chapter webpage.
