Calisthenics Class

Coach Tim and coach Tom bring their knowledge and expertise to help guide you towards common calisthenics skills such as the handstand, front lever, muscle-up and more.

Kids aged 12-16 are welcome as long as they’re accompanied by an adult.

Wolverhampton Calisthenics Meet-up

Our meet-ups take place every second Saturday of the month from 1pm onwards. During the summer months the meetups take place at an outdoor calisthenics park in Wolverhampton. In the winter months they take place at Firewalker Gym where we have full access exclusively for the meet-up. Please note a £5 gym pass fee is required for Firewalker gym on the day and is payable by cash, bank transfer or PayPal.

We welcome people of all fitness and skill levels and our aim is to bring people together through Calisthenics. If you are under 18 you will need parental consent to be added to the group chat and attend meet-ups.

So whether you want to meet new people, improve your fitness or just try something new you are welcome and we look forward to meeting you.
