Looking to move your body, breathe a little deeper, and feel more at home in yourself, while sharing space with others? You’re in the right place.
Vitality Yoga Tribe is a small, heart-forward community rooted in yoga, nature, and nervous-system-friendly connection. Here, yoga extends beyond the mat. It’s how we listen inward, show up for one another, and soften when life feels loud.
This is a space for approachable, playful practices and meaningful moments. In a world that often pushes faster and bigger, this community leans toward slower, smaller, and more intentional. Whether you’re a longtime yogi or simply curious, Vitality Yoga welcomes you.
Offerings that ebb and flow and may include:
🧘♀️ Hatha, rope wall, and hybrid yoga classes (studio or outdoors)
🥾 Yoga + nature walks or hikes
🔮 Reiki shares and seasonal resets
🗣️ Sanity Sanghas (heart-centered conversations)
🎤 Playful social gatherings (art-ing, karaoke, etc.)
🍷 Yoga + wine-down evenings to move, sip, and connect
Gatherings are intentionally limited in size to support ease, presence, and genuine connection. Think: fewer people, more room to breathe.
You’re welcome to join us for occasional classes, gatherings, or simply to stay in the loop as offerings arise. No pressure. No pace to keep up with. Just an open invitation to practice, connect, and be human together.
