Welcome to the THINGS TO DO IN UTAH - WELLNESS, HEALTH & HAPPINESS Meetup! We are a diverse group of girls and guys who love to explore the realms of Social Enlightenment, Bodywork, Emotional Exploration, Meditation ~ Sacred Writing, Unity of Community, and much more. With a focus on personal wellness and happiness, we engage in activities such as Yoga, Breathwork, Energy Psychology, and Wholistic Health. Whether you're looking for a Girl's Night Out, spiritual awareness, greater well-being or want to learn about space clearing and sacred space, this is the perfect group for you. Stephanie leads participants through a gentle meditation experience to assist participants in getting into a relaxed and meditative state, she then bathes the participants in the healing frequencies of her sound bowl sound bath, as she incorporates various frequencies, and many times receives spirit messages from your guides and angels as they come through to assist in igniting the soul spark of attendees.
Please note that These events accommodate 10 participants each for optimum comfort and enjoyment of laying on the sand.
During this event you will also receive Halo-therapy to Boost your immune system.

NO OUTSIDE MATS OR BLANKETS - Will be provided
NO ELECTRONICS OR PHONES
NO LATE ENTRY OR EARLY EXIT (Except in Emergency)*Dress in comfortable loose clothing - shorts, tees or tanks are good for maximum skin exposure! Cave is set at a comfortable temperature and may warm up as the session progresses due to body heat and increased energies.
**Recommended checking with your Dr. for those with Heart Health questions.

We are excited to be the first to offer this experience in the Salt Lake area!These sound healing experiences have been selling out within a couple of days so please sign up for your seats well in advance. If the date you want to sign up for doesn't let you open it, it means it is already sold out for that date so please find the next available date and snag your spot(s). (Sometimes there are rescheduled spots available last minute so please call the center at 801-888-7344 if you want to check on any last minute available hammocks.)

Please note: There is a Weight Limit of 300lbs to use the hammocksEvent is held in the Forest Room on the Lower Level of the space (stairs only, no elevator).
A light Blanket and eye mask will be provided to each participant, however if you are one to get cold easily, please feel free to bring a blanket in addition to the one we give you to utilize. Some participants can get a little chilled during the event since we try to keep the room at a comfortable temp for all 32 participants, so we would rather the cocooners be prepared than be uncomfortably chilled.
*Please show up a minimum of 15 minutes in advance to check in!
**There will be no late entry and no refunds if you are late.
