Hi and welcome!

I’ve recently realized how easy it is to move through life without pausing to feel gratitude—not because I’m ungrateful, but because I forget. Life gets busy, and the beauty of this simple practice slips away.

This group is an invitation to bring gratitude back into our days—together.
We meet online three times a week for just 15 minutes to share things we’re grateful for—big or small, and things that brings us a sense of awe. Fridays Huddles are reserved for sharing "Low Goals" (see group pictures for an idea of the concept).
