The Dice & Meeple runs friendly board game nights and pop-up events in Hove.
No matter if you’re brand new to tabletop games or a seasoned hobbyist, our goal is simple: help you connect, laugh and play.
We bring all the best modern board games and teach you how to play.
You can simply skip the rulebook and get right to the fun part with your friends and family!
Our events take place in Hove's best pubs and cafes, offering wonderful food and drinks.
Just bring yourself and your good mood, we will take care of the rest!

Looking for a fun, screen-free night out?
Join The Dice & Meeple for an evening of modern board games, laughter, and connection.
We’ll bring a hand-picked library of easy-to-learn, award-winning games — from quick fillers and party favourites to clever strategy gems.
Our friendly Game Master will teach you how to play, answer questions, and make sure everyone has a great time.
What to expect:
- A relaxed, social atmosphere — perfect for friends, couples, or solo players
- A curated mix of modern games to discover and enjoy
- Hands-on guidance so you can skip the rulebook and get straight to the fun
- Great food and drinks from our venue partner throughout the night

The Stirling Arms pub — one of Hove’s coziest pubs.

7:00–9:30 PM (arrive a little early to grab a drink and settle in)

£5 per person (covers 2–3 hours of hosted play)
