What we’re about
This group has been established over 32 years and aims to inspire and educate the community with inspirational talks and workshops on holistic health, wellbeing and alternative therapies. We have been fortunate in attracting a range of high profile speakers both international and national, in addition to drawing on the expertise of our own members. We aim to cover a wide variety of topics through out the year to keep things fresh and interesting. We meet on the third Tuesday of every month. Our group is non profit making and this allows us to keep the talks and workshops to a minimum cost making attendance as accessible as possible. Join us today to be kept up to date on upcoming talks and workshops. You may just find the inspiration, knowledge or motivation you have been looking for.

Guest Speaker: Debbie McLeod, Midlife Mystic Mentor, Spiritual Teacher, Guide
Solihull Methodist Church and Community Hall, Blossomfield Road, Solihull, GBDebbie is a catalyst for women standing at a crossroads in life. She walks beside women who are ready to rise into their soul-aligned leadership, those who can feel the pull toward something deeper, richer, and more meaningful. Debbie will talk about "The Intuitive Self", about alignment, authenticity, and living with Purpose, Power and Peace. Her talk will include audience participation.
Your intuition is your compass, your best friend, the quiet voice that whispers the next step, urges you to hold your boundaries, and calls you to speak your truth.

Please note that whilst Debbie's work is more female oriented this does not mean men are not welcome.
We have noticed in recent times that more men are attending our talks. Sometimes it may be to support their wives but others are coming because they feel there is a shift going on and want to be involved. After all, a balanced individual is a blend of both masculine and feminine energy.
Date: Tuesday 18th November 2025
Venue: Solihull Methodist Church, Blossomfield Rd, Solihull, B91 1LG
Time: Doors open at 7pm with refreshments being served until talk commences at 7.30 pm.

Although there is quite a lot of parking at the venue, occasionally we clash with an event in the Church Hall. Additional parking is available at the local sports centre, Tudor Grange Leisure Centre, Blossomfield Road, B91 1NB. It is only a very short walk away (2 mins) but we suggest you try and arrive early and, if at all possible, car share. We have checked with the leisure centre re parking and they confirm the car park is free after 6pm and it doesn't close, although the gym itself closes at 10 pm.
Please feel free to pass on this information to anyone you feel might benefit from attending.
We have plenty of seating and a good sound system, including a loop system for anyone with hearing aids. If anyone with a hearing difficulty requires a seat at the front please send an email to this address and a seat will be reserved for you.
