Welcome to Single Seniors Hanging OUT [SHOUT] on Meetup.com! We are a group of active single seniors who like to socialize, explore our town, and share our interests with one another. Whether it's trying out new restaurants, attending local events, or going to an art gallery or two, we believe that life is meant to be enjoyed to the fullest. Join us for fun outings, engaging conversations, and building lasting friendships with like-minded seniors. Let's SHOUT out loud and have a great time together!

This SHOUT starts with the 50th anniversary screening of a classic film -- some call it the best movie ever made!

Here's the CALS description: "It’s just a flesh wound... and a BINGO NIGHT! Join us for a BingoFlix edition of this absurdist classic where you play bingo while watching the movie—and win fabulous prizes! Every coconut, knight duel, or taunting Frenchman could win you a square. It’s interactive, it’s hilarious, and it’s your holy grail of movie nights."

Tickets are just 5 bucks [get them from the CALS website above], and it's general admission. Check the website for parking instructions, and bring your ticket in for validation.

Let's gather at 6:30. Refreshments are available for purchase. The movie -- and Bingo -- starts at 7pm. To make it interesting -- I'll buy the SHOUT Bingo winner a drink of their choice after the movie ends. Everyone is welcome to join us!

The Little Rock 2nd Friday art night (2 FAN) is a nice way to combine art, music, food & drink, and mingling with other SHOUTers. Budget-friendly, it’s all free!

Venues for this date are still TBD. Typically there are 5-6 venues [all in the River Market area] including museums, galleries, and the library.

SAVE THE DATE!

Once venues are announced, I'll pick a starting point for us and announce it. In the past, SHOUTers would hang out at the start point for a while, then wander to the other venues [and maybe keep moving, depending on the quality of the free nibbles :-)]. We might get dispersed or we might not -- we'll see what the evening brings. I know everyone will have a great time!

The 3rd Friday Argenta Art Walk has a handful of galleries that are open in the evening. It's fun to wander and explore. Grab a Passport, get it stamped at venues, and you've got a chance to win a gift certificate!

Let's meet inside the foyer of the Innovation Hub -- it will be nice and cool there! Grab a glass of wine and browse the local artists who are selling their creations. Pick up a passport that shows the other the galleries that will be open -- we can wander at our leisure, then head home or grab some dinner. It's a fun, relaxing time in NLR!
