If you’ve left a toxic or emotionally abusive relationship, you may be experiencing a range of difficult symptoms — from struggles with self-worth and setting healthy boundaries, to feelings of lost identity, memory or cognitive challenges, depression, anxiety, and more. These feelings are deeply real and completely normal.
You are not alone. Many survivors face these challenges as their minds and bodies heal from trauma. This group is a safe, supportive space to validate those experiences, share your story, and connect with others who truly understand.
