About us
Does an afternoon sailing on the Hudson River sound good to you? We’re a nonprofit, all-volunteer organization offering group sailing and social activities. Our mission is to introduce people to sailing, and we have been teaching safe sailing for over 40 years — for first-timers and experienced sailors alike.
Come meet people who sail or want to learn! We have a fleet of boats in Sleepy Hollow and Ossining sailing May through October.

Sail on LunaSea to SEAS Bergen's Spring Splash
Shattemuc Yacht Club, 46 Westerly Rd, Ossining, NY, USSail on LunaSea to Haverstraw Bay to join SEAS Bergen at their Spring Splash event. Members of all SEAS chapters are invited to that event.
PLEASE ALSO RSVP FOR SEAS BERGEN'S SPRING SPLASH EVENT, SO THAT THEY HAVE A HEADCOUNT FOR LUNCH.
We will depart Shattemuc at 9:00 and arrive at the Spring Splash around 11:00. We will stay for lunch, which starts at 12:00. We will depart around 1:00 to head back to Shattemuc.
Please note:
- You must be a current paid SEAS Westchester Member or Student. See sailhudson.org.
- Arrive on time, or the boat may leave without you.
- Bring water, hat, shoes with grippy soles, clothes appropriate to the weather. Optionally bring sunscreen, PFD, sailing gloves, eyeglass strap, snack, and extra clothes in case yours get wet.

Join us for an event to promote SEAS at a local professional soccer game!
Come watch the game and socialize with other SEAS sailors. SEAS will have a promotional table at the Westchester Soccer Club’s home match against Fort Wayne FC.If you want to join, click attend AND contact Ronnie Kent at 914-815-4706 or veronicasmithkent@gmail.com.
If we have about 10 people, we can access the VIP tent which includes food and admission to the game. That will be $20 per person. If we don't get enough people, we will send you a link to buy a regular ticket for about $12.
