*This is for you if would love to learn and practice a little hatha yoga and meditation in a stress-free environment with me (Lisa)!
*If you're new to yoga, these classes will help you feel more safe and confident in the yoga studio.This is a great opportunity to experience a little bit of my teaching and coaching style to help you awaken to your true self. My purpose is in creating spaces for you to connect to your inner strength and tap into the power of your own self-healing. While weaving in magical hypnotic meditations, I'll help you unravel the subconscious blocks holding you back from manifesting and living the next level of your beautiful, easeful, and abundant life.
I have been teaching and coaching yoga, mindfulness, and mindset since 2010 and I love building community. I am most passionate about helping you establish the link between mind, body & the subconscious and the psychosomatic conditions that seem to hold us back.
Come into community to connect and have fun building and honing an intuitive yoga practice with me. And leave…connecting back to your beautiful self!
Please bring:
1. Yoga mat
2. A blanket for your comfort
3. 2 yoga blocks

*We do our best to supply yoga equipment for those who do not have access to them! xoxPS...I am an expert at uncovering your limiting beliefs and helping you make lasting breakthroughs. If you know someone who would benefit by attending these classes, please invite them! xox
SPECIAL NOTES:
1. This is a specialized trauma-informed class for anyone moving through trauma, any form of recovery, and healing. There can be brief moments of silence in this class, but that can be hard for some of us learning to feel safe in our bodies again. So there is a ton of guided meditation, visualization, and anxiety releasing techniques to help ease and ground the nervous system. If you are looking for pure silent meditation, this may not be the perfect fit for you. But we love you! Keep on meditating! xox
2. Sometimes this class can go over 60 minutes. I honor and respect your time, and I do my best to hold space so that if you need to leave right at 11a, you feel comfortable doing so.
3. I know our waitlist is long and goes on for many weeks. How exciting to see so many of you and your dedication to your wellness journey! Please do show up early as we do our best to include everyone.
*If you are rsvp’d for class and know you can not make it, we ask that you please update your rsvp to “no” to honor those on the waitlist. If you no-show twice, we hope that you feel it’s fair that you’ll be taken off the rsvp.
