Carrie Lynn is a certified Practitioner of Vibrational and Sound Therapies. After practicing Massage Therapy for 8 years, she began her sound healing journey in October 2023. Carrie has suffered from depression and anxiety in the past, due to losing her Mother at a young age. While receiving her first sound bath, something inside of Carrie shifted. All of the racing thoughts that used to occupy her mind left completely. She felt relaxed and full of joy. It was then that she knew she wanted to share this healing experience with the world. Carrie is now practicing in St. Augustine, Florida and receiving new clients.
