What we’re about
River Mill Cycles is an Independent Local Bikeshop supporting the cycling community in our area. We are engaged with our community, not only providing bike maintenance and repair, bikes & bike accessories, but also support for charity rides, shop rides at Brumley Nature Preserve, support for NICA riders and various Cyclocross teams. We also offer meet ups for RoundTable discussions and we teach bike repair and maintenance classes.
We carry a number of brands of quality bikes, from kids to adults, from entry level to premium esoteric stuff! Come talk to us and let us help find you the right bike.

River Mill Cycles Ladies Shop Ride

Meet at the Brumley South lot on University Station Rd.

Meet at 10 am, roll out at 10:15.
Brumley sometimes closes due to wet trails or bad weather this time of year. If Brumley is closed, we will meet at Carolina North Forest, Airport side. Check back here the day before the ride for any updates.
All skill levels welcome. These rides are social rides, designed to build community, make friends, and have a great time on our bikes in the woods. We will stop periodically and at intersections to keep the group together.
Of course, there are risks that come with any activity and only you are responsible for your safety on a ride. Please sign the waiver if you would like to attend:

River Mill Cycles General Shop Ride
Brumley South, 3801 University Station Road, Chapel Hill, NC, USWe’re planning on hosting more weekend Shop rides over the next few months 🎉
We’ll host a General Shop Ride at Brumley Sunday, January 18 after the TORC Trail work morning (that starts at 9:30, we'll meet at 12:00 and roll out at 12:15).
This is separate from the awesome River Mill Cycles Women’s Shop Ride at 10:00am the same day. The Women's Ride has been doing really well thanks to some incredible ride leaders (Thanks Nancy and Caryn!)
