Join us for a free, in-person Power of Eight Intention Group, a guided group practice based on the work and teachings of Lynne McTaggart and her book, The Power of Eight. McTaggart’s science-based research shows undeniably that “Intention gets supersized in a group and the more you intend for someone else, the more it rebounds back on you.” This is what they call the “mirror effect.”

Our group mirrors the structure and process used in Lynne McTaggart’s Power of Eight groups and Masterclass teachings.

TOGETHER WE WILL:
• Learn and follow the Power of Eight intention process
• Practice focused group intention
• Experience the amplified effect of collective energy
• Cultivate connection, awareness, and trust in the process

HOW IT WORKS

• Each week, we do 2 - 3 intentions that people from our group bring in.
• Whenever we are doing an intention for someone else, we must have their permission.
• Whoever is going on any given week will write out their intention and/or have the group help to clarify the intention.
• We will sit in a circle and may hold hands during the 10-minute intention meditation.
• Afterwards, we will discuss any experiences we had during the intention.

No experience is necessary, just a willingness to show up with an open heart and focused presence.

These sessions will be facilitated by Karin Cross who has taken Lynne McTaggart's "Intention Masterclass" and "Become a Better Healer" and has had years of practice in Power of Eight groups.

When: Usually the First & Third Thursdays of each month (January is an exception - it will be the third and fourth Thursdays in January.)
Time: 12:00–1:30 pm
Where: Souly Holistic, 5540 McNeely Drive, Suite 101, Raleigh, NC
Cost: Free and open to the public

Come as early as 1:00pm to socialize and shop at Souly Holistic's metaphysical store. The New Moon Circle starts at 1:30pm.

Join the Raleigh Sister Circle's New Moon Gathering and a friendly and supportive group of women monthly to slow down, connect, explore, and grow.

The New Moon invites us inward. Each Circle offers space to reflect, set intentions, and cultivate new ways of being and of honoring and caring for ourselves. Through meditation, authentic discussion, and intention setting, we expand in ways that enhance our individual lives and influence positive change for the people and world around us.

The New Moon Circles are spiritual in nature, but not religious or dogmatic. They are grounded, welcoming, and focused on self-awareness, emotional well-being, and authentic connection rather than “fixing” or striving.

What to expect:
• A safe, supportive environment
• Guided meditations
• Group discussions and reflection
• Intention setting activities
• Simple rituals or creative activities
• Opportunities for connection and friendship

Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels most comfortable for you.

This Always Manifesting gathering invites you into that sacred pause. Together, we’ll honor the year that has passed, weaving gratitude through the lessons, growth, and experiences that shaped you. From this grounded place, we’ll turn our focus to the year ahead, listening for what wants to be called forth.

Through intention, energetic alignment, and presence, you’ll be guided into deeper trust — not in effort or striving, but in allowing what you have intended to unfold. The evening closes with a manifesting meditation designed to help you embody openness, resonance, and the quiet knowing that what you desire is already on its way.

This is a gathering for those who wish to meet the new year consciously — rooted, aligned, and ready to receive.
