Welcome!
We're a Colorado social group loosely organized around the FIRE community (Financial Independence Retire Early), although mainly that's just an excuse to meet interesting, thoughtful new people.
Because of this, our events are pretty varied and random in theme. But in general we tend to do things that are positive and healthy for both us and for the world at large. Come out and join the conversation!

What can we still take away from the effective altruism movement despite the damage to its reputation? And how do we balance the FIRE movement's goal of not needing to earn as much money throughout our lives with having enough to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others?
