About us
Nature’s Healing Embrace — Women Connecting Through Nature 🌿
Nature’s Healing Embrace is a welcoming community for women ages 18+ who want to slow down, reconnect with themselves, build meaningful friendships, and experience the healing and restorative benefits of nature.
Our group brings women together through hiking, nature walks, outdoor adventures, forest therapy-inspired experiences, wellness activities, creative reflection, nature journaling, retreats, community gatherings, and opportunities to simply spend time outdoors together.
You do not need to be an experienced hiker or outdoorswoman to belong here. Our activities are designed to offer different ways to experience nature, from peaceful and reflective programs to more adventurous outdoor experiences.
Nature’s Healing Embrace is especially for women who may be navigating change, grief, loss, stress, life transitions, or simply a season when they are ready to choose themselves again. It is also a place for women who want more connection, more time outdoors, and a supportive community to share the journey with.
Our gatherings are centered around connection, wellness, personal growth, encouragement, and nature.
Come as you are. Take a walk. Try something new. Meet other women. Spend time in nature. And give yourself permission to make space for you. 🌿
