✨ What to Expect ✨
Friday Evening: Take just one hour to de-stress from the week, recalibrate your energy, and give your nervous system the reset it deserves. You’ll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and ready to fully enjoy your weekend.
Sunday Evening: One hour just for you to unwind, reflect, and reset. Let the soothing sounds carry you into a new week with clarity and peace.
You’ll be gently cocooned in a hammock beneath the trees, where your body can fully let go. I’ll guide you through a grounding meditation, inviting your nervous system to settle.
Then, the healing tones of Tibetan bowls and crystal bowls will begin to ripple through the forest air — merging with the soft sounds of rustling leaves and birdsong.
This is a sensory journey of deep rest, sound healing, and connection with nature.

🧺 What to Wear & Bring• Wear loose, comfortable clothing – think soft layers you can relax in.
• I’ll provide a blanket and an eye mask for your comfort.
• Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Optional: you’re welcome to bring anything else that helps you feel cosy – a warm shawl, fluffy socks, or your favourite crystal.
🌧️ What If It Rains?
No need to worry — we’ll be safely tucked under the stretch tent, lying on yoga mats, warm and dry.
The sound of the rain will become part of the experience, adding a natural layer of calm to the sound journey — like nature’s own percussion.
Rain or shine, you’ll be held in stillness and sound.

Thursday Morning Yoga

Each Thursday morning, I gently guide you through a short meditation at the start of class to help quieten the mind and centre your energy, allowing you to arrive fully on your mat before we begin moving.
The yoga flow we practise includes a balanced mix of stretching and strengthening, working through different areas of the body. I am always here to support you, offering adaptations and options so that the poses feel accessible and supportive for your body.
No previous yoga experience is needed. We move intuitively, listening to what our bodies are able to do that week — honouring where we are rather than where we think we “should” be.
You never need to feel flexible enough to do yoga. Yoga isn’t about touching your toes; it’s about turning up for yourself, meeting your body with awareness and kindness. By listening inwards, we gently unravel tension, leaving you feeling lighter, freer, and more at ease.
We meet every Monday and Wednesday evening 7.15pm-8.30pm or
Thursday mornings 9.30am-10.45am

Calm Birth Preperation Yoga
My Ashram Yoga Studio, Stanford Farm, Ash Road, Pirbright, GBA cosy space to meet new friends, to feel safe to talk openly about anything and everything!
We will provide a physical practice to help to relieve tension in sore muscles, particularly in the lower back, pelvis, shoulders, and neck. We will support you to find poses to ease sciatica and pelvic girdle pain.
Discover powerful breathing exercises that will enhance your sleep and empower you for birth.
We will explore effective postures that boost your stamina for birth and poses that create space in your body for your baby to move into the optimal birthing position.
Together we will experiment with various birthing positions, reinforcing your own ability to bring your baby into the world.
Throughout your entire pregnancy journey, we are here to support you, provide a space for you to make friends on a similar journey and guiding you towards the next step of motherhood.

5 Week Hypnobirthing Course

Hi, I’m Lucy — mum of three and a qualified HypnoBirthing® Educator based near Guildford.
After many years working in international HR, I chose to follow my passion for pregnancy and birth support. My own HypnoBirthing journey was truly transformative and played a huge role in my first birth. That experience inspired me to support other women and birth partners to feel informed, calm and confident as they prepare to meet their babies.
Today, I teach practical, evidence-based tools that help you understand how the body works in labour, reduce fear, and approach birth feeling empowered and supported.
I offer both private HypnoBirthing classes and intimate group courses, with no more than three couples per group, ensuring a calm, personal and supportive experience.

Course structure
- 5 sessions
- Total of 12.5 hours
- Each session lasts approximately 2.5 hours
- Classes are spaced at least one week apart, allowing time to practise and integrate each technique

Prenatal bonding • Preparing the body and mind for birth

The final stage of labour • The magical first hour after birth • Introduction to breastfeeding
Throughout the course, you’ll also learn relaxation techniques and breathing practices to support you through labour and birth.

- £600 per couple – private HypnoBirthing course
While NHS antenatal classes are invaluable, this course offers far more depth, time, personal support and practical tools to help you feel genuinely prepared and confident for birth.

Classes are held in a cosy studio set within the grounds of a secluded 17th-century farmhouse, surrounded by gardens, trees and open fields — a peaceful, nurturing space designed to help you feel relaxed and connected to nature from the moment you arrive
