Welcome to Meraki Workshops –Meraki is a Greek word that is hard to translate with a literal word to another language, the meaning is to put something of yourself into your work. I am a multi-passionate individual giving different workshops in the area from Yoga to Meditation to Astrology, Tarot, Herbalism and more. I am always bringing new ideas that are unique, and they are continuously evolving- what I know will not change is that each workshop is soul lead full of heart and full of passion, what is why I chose the work Meraki. Each workshop is carefully crafted and it contains spiritual wisdom. You will learn something enriching and you will connect with like hearted individuals.

Aerial Alchemy
Creations Wellness, 6130 Springbrook Road ,, Pleasant Prairie, WI, UStep into a unique 1 hour experience that blends the wisdom of tarot with the mindful movement of aerial yoga. In this class, we will meditate on the meaning and symbolism of a major arcana card, allowing its archetypal energy to inspire reflection, intention and deeper self awareness. From there, we will build a thoughtful aerial yoga sequence designed to prepare the body, breath and mind for a peak pose connected to the card's theme. Through gentle exploration, supported movement and intuitive connection you will be invited to embody the message of the tarot in a creative and empowering way. Awaken the archetype within you! classes are offered as donation based. All proceeds will go towards supporting two youth aerial dance scholarship students, Olivia and Sarah.
The aerial yoga taught will be beginner- friendly, but all are welcome!
No experience necessary.
