If you’re a man who feels like you’re not quite living up to your potential and you know there’s more inside you this meetup is for you.
This is a space for men who feel stuck in their own way, whether that comes from pressure to perform, anxious or spiraling thoughts, relationship struggles, obsessive patterns, or habits that feel hard to break. You don’t have to explain yourself here. You don’t have to perform. You can simply join, in person or online, sit quietly, and receive a good word.
Each gathering includes a live podcast-style talk, where I’ll share insight, perspective, and tools around mindset, leadership, and inner growth. You are welcome to participate, ask questions, or not. There’s no pressure to speak. You’re free to relax into a calm, grounded, and wholesome atmosphere designed to help you process without shame.
I’ve worked 1-on-1 with men of all ages for the past 8 years. I’ve watched men break habits that plagued them for years, not through force or guilt, but by learning how the mind works, releasing weight that was never theirs to carry, and finally giving voice to both real and perceived roadblocks that kept them stuck.
Even if you never work with me individually, this group is a free space to learn many of the same principles I teach in private sessions.
I grew up without a father, and I deeply understand what it’s like to navigate life without consistent male guidance. I believe healthy leadership can save years of unnecessary heartache. While I wish my father had been healthy, I also know those lessons shaped me so I could walk alongside other men who are searching for more. Whether you’ve had a poor relationship with your father, no father at all, or simply feel there’s more inside you as a man, you’re welcome here.
I’m not here because I have all the answers. I’m here to help unlock the answers that have always been within you. I’m learning more about you alongside you.
Important note: While I am currently in school pursuing my Master’s in Counseling, this group is not therapy or counseling. It should be viewed as mentorship, perspective, and personal growth guidance and not clinical mental health treatment.
