Let’s go to the movies!

This movie has been highly requested and a lot of buzz! Based on the animated tv series.

$5 with free showcase starpass loyalty card. $7 regular for Tuesday special. We can get up to 2 tickets per pass if we want to coordinate for discount. Includes this fancy reserved seating with reclining chairs!

Movie starts at 6:25pm. We will meet around 5:44pm inside the front entrance to the right side. There are a couple chairs to the right side. We will try to buy/reserve our seating together. There is always the option to sit where you want if you get there later or if you prefer to pick different seating.

This is for the North Attleboro location. Sometimes we change locations to meet different areas of driving distance or requests.

Support the restaurant and taste-of-your-choosing and budget for a small bite, entree, dessert or beverage. Or just check out the atmosphere and menu as a group in case you want to stop by on a future visit.

4th stop- 177 Atwells Ave. Cassarino’s Restaurant (right side of street after Andino’s).

They do have complementary valet. You still may want to bring cash to tip the valet. The restaurant is 3 floors. Please note there is a chance they may seat us on an upper floors with stairs, no elevator. There is a $5 fee for splitting entrees.

You may also so want to bring cash for your order in case it is a larger group on one bill. They do allow separate checks. Please consider tax/tip. We will try to make as easy as possible for all! Thanks : )

The theme, by popular request is Picasso. We will be referencing the 1910 original painting “Woman Seated with a Book,” on permanent display at ther local Providene, RI RISD Museum, which is available for the public to visit.

Lead by host, Chica Jen (Jennifer), RISD alumni and professional artist will provide guidance and also some freedom to create your own painting to take home, gift or swap.

We will be painting in acrylic on canvas.
Light refreshments and non alcoholic beverages included. You can also bring packaged snacks to share or for yourself. No alcoholic beverages allowed. All supplies included in 2 hour session.

This will be also posted as a public event. So, other guests outside the meetup group may attend. Cost of session also goes towards rental of the fellowship hall. Help may be appreciated after restacking large tables and metal chairs.

Aprons will be supplied, but wear clothing that you don’t mind if it does get a dab of paint.
