Looking for an easy way to get outside, move your body, and meet new people? Join me for a casual evening walk at Glasgow Park! This is a relaxed, social-paced walk—perfect for unwinding after work while enjoying fresh air and good company.

We’ll be walking along a paved loop trail, which is well-maintained, mostly flat, and great for all fitness levels. The trail offers a mix of open fields, shaded areas, and with plenty of space to chat and move at a comfortable pace. We can walk the full loop or adjust based on the group’s preference.

Please be aware this is a dog friendly event. If you bring your pet they need to stay leashed during the walk. Please remember to be considerate of other members if you bring your furry friend.

Yoga is $10, bring a yoga mat. Five Below sells yoga mats if you want one for $5 last time I checked.

Afterwards they have Connected Conversations on the front couches.

Chancery has a parking garage with complimentary 3 hour parking on weekends.
