- TOPIC: The Vertical Enneagram
- DESCRIPTION: "You have entered a new dimension…'' - or at least you're about to!
Join us November 4 for the Enneagram Colorado IEA Gathering to venture beneath the surface of the Enneagram you may be familiar with and explore the VERTICAL Dimension of the Enneagram.
Together, we’ll deepen our understanding of the 9 Levels of Health, the specific Warning Sign Behaviors that alert us when we're moving in the Direction of Disintegration, and how we can notice and integrate the healing benefits uniquely available to us when we experience both stress and growth.
Have you ever wondered…- Why people with the same Enneagram type can show up so differently?
- Why YOU show up so differently sometimes, don't know why, and can't seem to control it?
- How stress effects your Enneagram type?
- How you can intentionally access the gifts of your type's intuitive energy connections?
Come discover how to more easily recognize the patterns that pull you out of balance, work with the wisdom they offer, and practice new pathways that personally guide you toward generative harmony, wholeness, and the freedom to fully flow in your essential nature.
- BIO: Calley Welborn is an Enneagram Guide and Integration Facilitator. As the Founder of Undercurrent Enneagram Consulting, she brings together over 15 years of Enneagram wisdom and practice, decades of corporate and nonprofit professional leadership, and her own, valuable lived experience to support individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations on their own journeys of awareness, integration, and transformation.
Whether consulting, facilitating, or training, Calley’s role is not to tell you who you are as a person or organization - it’s to journey alongside you and empower you to notice, interpret, question, practice, and ultimately trust what you discover for yourself.
Calley is known for her ability to translate complex concepts into meaningful, everyday application and to create experiences that are insightful without being intimidating, deeply meaningful without taking themselves too seriously, and practical enough to actually impact what happens next.
If you are an individual or organization who knows that you can't keep doing things the same way, but simply don't know how to do life differently, Calley looks forward to helping you discover your path forward while expanding awareness, cultivating compassion, practicing integration, and embracing authentic living along the way.

What Are You Resisting? (Intentional Living Circle)
·OnlineOnlineWhat do you tend to push away, avoid, or resist? Using the Enneagram, we’ll explore the patterns behind our resistance and what might become possible when we meet what we resist with greater curiosity and openness.
Description: Each Enneagram type has particular things it tends to resist. Sometimes we resist certain feelings, experiences, ways of being, or aspects of life that feel uncomfortable, threatening, or contrary to the way we believe things should be. When we automatically push something away, we also close ourselves off from what that experience has to offer.
In this Intentional Living Circle, we will explore what each Enneagram type tends to resist and how these patterns show up in our own lives. Rather than trying to overcome or eliminate our resistance, let’s approach it with curiosity and gentleness. What are we resisting? What might be underneath that resistance? See what becomes possible when we stop fighting with the experience and allow ourselves to meet it more fully.
Through reflection and discussion, you will have an opportunity to recognize your own patterns of resistance and explore new ways of working with them. By making more space for what we habitually push away, we can create greater openness and freedom in moving through life.
Facilitator: Sophia Carmien is an Enneagram teacher and guide who helps people reconnect with their deeper selves by bringing awareness to inner patterns and expanding what’s possible. After experiencing a profound transformation through her own work with the Enneagram, she now shares this tool of ancient wisdom with others. Through teaching, workshops, and one-on-one work, she supports the shift from habitual reactivity to a life of freedom and empowered authenticity. Connect at www.essentialwholeness.life.

A Connecting You with Your Self Event## This week nothing went to plan.
I rarely have a plan anymore, or maybe a very loose one. But even to my surprise, I actually had a plan—a plan that was refined, extra communicated, followed up on... and the only thing left was execution.
Except, on the morning of execution, the first domino didn't actually execute.Which caused a complete whirlwind of all kinds of things that didn't actually go according to my carefully laid-out plan. Does this frustration feel familiar?
It's not just anger. The investment of all that forethought and preparation can feel wasted in one short moment. So grief is also very present in such instances. And then there's the movement that follows.
The urge to regain control. To reorganize, correct, intervene, make sure the next domino falls where it's supposed to. Sometimes there's a genuine need to do all those things. But I'm curious about something else.
When things don't go according to my plan, what exactly am I trying to restore? The plan itself? The outcome I was expecting? The time and energy I've invested? Or perhaps my own sense of stability in the middle of it all?
There's a difference between having the capacity to organize something and needing that organization to remain intact in order for me to feel okay. And that difference can become remarkably difficult to recognize when everything starts falling apart, and the soup of emotions is running through your system.
This is where self-awareness practices actually become useful—if we bring them out of our curated, high-vibe spiritual spaces and into messy life. But there's one more thing: having self-awareness and being capable of using that self-awareness can be two very different things. Becoming aware of the distance between two is information about the Self that's immensely valuable and useful. It brings us to:
When everything starts falling apart, how much of my awareness is actually available to me?We practice these capacities through LOCATE and REMAIN and their integration happens in our own time, through our own experiences. I'm making these programs self-guided. There's a structure to work with, but no expectation that your integration should follow a particular timeline. You can return to the practices as often as you need, at your own pace, while life gives you plenty of opportunities to discover what's becoming available. Find them at Beyond Orion.
This week I'm exploring DIFFERENCE - the 3rd capacity - at the Alignment Practice on Thursday. Link below.
Have a beautiful week. And may your dominoes cooperate a little better than mine did. :)2 attendees
Finding our way to the Enneagram heart wounds
·OnlineOnlineThis event is offered to you from Connecting You with Your Self, a free online community.
### Portals into the deeper layers | Finding our way to the Enneagram heart wounds
Anyone who’s been engaged in an inner growth practice has experienced it: something hitting a little too close to home, whereupon the ego either redirects our attention elsewhere or proceeds to ‘explore’ from a purely mental standpoint. In this workshop, we will explore how we can go deeper through direct experience without spooking the ego, with the ‘heart wounds’ described by Russ Hudson as our focus.
Through teaching, conversation, and exercises, we will look at ways to explore the heart wounds both directly and in a roundabout way which, surprisingly, gives us a more direct route to the experiential realm.Presenter: Cicci Lyckow Bäckman is a writer, teacher and facilitator of experiential inner work, with 25+ years of experience. Her work centres on reconnecting with the deeper self beneath personality, roles and self-image, drawing on the Enneagram, meditation, somatic awareness and emotional work to gently explore the things we take to be 'us'. She loves helping intermediate students and practitioners move beyond mere understanding into the direct experience of what lies beneath their patterns — where real change becomes possible.
