Reiki Level 1, traditionally called Shoden, is the beginning of a meaningful journey into Reiki for self-care, relaxation, balance, and supporting the well-being of others.
Join Donna Oland for a welcoming, comprehensive training that introduces you to the foundations and traditional practices of Reiki. No previous Reiki experience is needed -- only an open mind and a desire to learn.During this hands-on training, you will explore:
✨ The history and guiding principles of Reiki
✨ The Five Reiki Principles
✨ Energy awareness and chakra basics
✨ Traditional Reiki hand positions
✨ How to give yourself a complete Reiki treatment
✨ Ways to share Reiki with family, friends, and pets
✨ Ethical and responsible Reiki practice
✨ How to make Reiki part of your daily self-careYou will receive four Reiki Level 1 attunements and have opportunities to practice in a warm, encouraging environment. By the end of the training, you will have a strong foundation and greater confidence in beginning to use Reiki for yourself and those close to you.
YOUR REIKI JOURNEY CAN CONTINUE
Reiki Level 1 is the first step in a three-level path. Students may later continue into Reiki Level 2 and advanced Reiki training. The Spirit University also plans opportunities such as Crystal Reiki, Animal Reiki, Reiki Shares, and other continuing experiences for students who wish to deepen their practice.

Please note: Reiki Level 1 and Reiki Level 2 are designed as companion trainings. Level 1 builds the foundation through instruction and understanding, while Level 2 expands the learning with additional techniques and more hands-on skills practice. Students should plan to attend both. Reiki Level 3: Mastery Training will be offered in 2027.

Join Chenylle in Creative Spirit at The Spirit University for a guided intuitive painting experience designed to help you quiet the thinking mind, tune inwardly, and discover what may emerge when you create without judgment.
NO ARTISTIC EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED.
You do not need to know how to paint, and you do not need to have a clear image of a guide before you begin.
Through guided relaxation and intuitive art, you’ll be invited to:
Settle into a calm, receptive state
Let color and imagery emerge naturally
Notice impressions, feelings, symbols, and inner nudges
Create a personal painting inspired by the spirit guide energy you sense
Explore what your finished artwork may be communicating to you
Your painting does not need to look like a traditional portrait. It may become a face, figure, animal, symbol, landscape, color field — or something completely unexpected.That is part of the experience.
