Okupljanje ex-Yu tech stručnjaka i preduzetnika u Nemačkoj #10
Wed, Dec 9, 5:00 PMTwo founders. One knows why a better product isn't enough, the other is building a company that runs itself. One evening about how companies are built and sold today. **Datum i lokacija** * **Sreda, 9. decembar 2026.** * **[Vinted](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Unter+den+Linden+14,+10117+Berlin)**, Unter den Linden 14, 10117 Berlin * **Ulaz: 18:00** **Predavači i teme** Dva predavanja. **Program događaja** * **18:00 - 18:30** Ulaz i upoznavanje * **18:30 - 18:40** Uvodna reč * **18:40 - 19:00** **Miloš Djurdjević: Zašto bolji proizvodi gube: Razvoj je jeftin, prodaja nije** * **19:00 - 19:15** Pitanja i odgovori * **19:15 - 20:00** Umrežavanje uz hranu i piće * **20:00 - 20:20** **Marko O. Kraemer: Loopmaxxing: Kako izgraditi kompaniju koja radi sama** * **20:20 - 20:35** Pitanja i odgovori * **20:35 - 20:45** Završna reč * **20:45 - 21:30** Druženje i umrežavanje * **Od 21:30** Nastavljamo druženje u obližnjem kafiću **Podrška događaju** Ovaj događaj ugošćuje [Vinted](https://www.vinted.com/), litvanska tehnološka kompanija i vodeća svetska platforma za onlajn kupovinu i prodaju polovne odeće. Gradimo, delimo i podržavamo jedni druge. **Vidimo se u Vintedu!** *** **ENGLISH VERSION** We're back with the **10th gathering of founders, builders, tech and business leaders from the former Yugoslavia (ex-YU)**, organized by [Nemački kutak](https://www.nemackikutak.com/) and [Serbian Entrepreneurs](https://www.serbianentrepreneurs.com/). This time we're hosted by [Vinted](https://www.vinted.com/), the world's leading online marketplace for second-hand fashion. The event will be held in **English** and is open to everyone, whether you're from the region or simply part of the broader startup and tech community. **Date and Location** * **Wednesday, December 9, 2026** * **[Vinted](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Unter+den+Linden+14,+10117+Berlin)**, Unter den Linden 14, 10117 Berlin * **Doors open: 18:00** **Speakers and topics** Two talks. Two sides of the same story: how what you build actually reaches customers, and how a company can do more with fewer people. **Miloš Djurdjević** * **Talk: Why Better Products Lose: Building Is Cheap, Selling Isn't** Miloš Djurdjević is the Founder & Co-CEO of **[heyData](https://heydata.eu/)**, a Berlin-based platform that helps companies comply with data protection and information security regulations, from GDPR to ISO 27001 and NIS2. Founded in Berlin in 2020, heyData has more than 70 employees and over 2,500 customers in Europe, and raised a $16.5M Series A in 2026. Miloš started out with medical ambitions before turning to entrepreneurship, gaining experience in venture capital and leading digital health companies across the UK, the DACH region, Mexico and Hong Kong. He studied business administration and medical biotechnology, among others at WHU, LMU and the University of Warwick. When AI makes building products fast and cheap, a better product alone is no longer an advantage. Miloš will talk about why the market often rewards whoever sells better rather than whoever builds better, and what that means for founders building products. **Marko O. Kraemer** * **Talk: Loopmaxxing: Engineering a Company That Runs Itself** Marko O. Kraemer is the Founder & CEO of **[Kortix](https://kortix.com/)**, building the open-source operating system for AGI and the AI workforce. In Germany you can't run a company under 18, so he had to go to court, and he won. At 14 he co-founded Plutus, a software development company, and Golixxo, a European Microsoft Teams. He ran all of this throughout high school with a team of around ten: $2M and 30+ projects. At 19 he built SoftGen, an AI web app builder that was acquired for seven figures. Kortix is open source: [CompanyOS on GitHub](https://github.com/kortix-ai/CompanyOS). In his talk, Marko will show how to design a company so that as much of the work as possible runs on its own: which processes can become loops run by AI agents, and what that changes about how a company is built and run. **Timetable** * **18:00 - 18:30** Entry & networking * **18:30 - 18:40** Opening note * **18:40 - 19:00** **Miloš Djurdjević: Why Better Products Lose: Building Is Cheap, Selling Isn't** * **19:00 - 19:15** Q&A * **19:15 - 20:00** Networking with food and drinks * **20:00 - 20:20** **Marko O. Kraemer: Loopmaxxing: Engineering a Company That Runs Itself** * **20:20 - 20:35** Q&A * **20:35 - 20:45** Closing note * **20:45 - 21:30** Networking * **From 21:30** We'll continue at a nearby bar **Event Support** This event is hosted by [Vinted](https://www.vinted.com/), a Lithuanian tech company and the world's leading online marketplace for second-hand fashion. **Registration** Admission is **free**, but spots are limited. Please confirm your attendance so we can plan the space, food, and drinks accordingly. Let's keep building, sharing, and supporting each other. **See you at Vinted!**
