Today, through Post Pro Capital, Rashad is actively revitalizing neighborhoods across Chattanooga with projects that include 42 micro homes, 34 townhomes, and 71 single-family residences. His work focuses on thoughtful development, community impact, and scalable growth—creating meaningful opportunities for both residents and capital partners.
