Let's Go To the Movies & More is an inclusive group-whatever your gender or age, Welcome!
What are we about? We love getting together for brunch, lunch, or dinner and going to the Movies and an occasional live event. Our activities are focused in the Peninsula of the Bay Area from Daly City to Mountain View.
Administrative Trivia:
We are member supported and appreciate donations which are applied towards the organizer $350 annual subscription cost.
Group communication is managed via event posts and Direct Messages-please make sure to check your DMs.
Activity Payment is facilitated via contactless payments (Venmo, Applecash, Zelle; Cash is also welcome. Attendees are always responsible for their own costs, tax, and tip.
Attendee participation is voluntary. Organizers are released from all liability, injury, or illness of attendees.

Full bar available. Individuals are responsible for cost of their meal, tax, tip, mandate surcharge if applicable and beverages-normally calculate raw amount x1.35 for your total. Bao, established in 2024 in Downtown RWC is the newest edition to the Asian culinary scene. Serving Cantonese Cuisine, Handcrafted dumplings, and familar dim sum favorites such as Har Gow and Fried Shrimp Balls (MENU).
This will be family style (shared plates) dining we will evenly split the total cost of the food, tax, tip, and mandate if applicable. Please expect to pay approx $30 per person. Individuals will also be responsible for any ala carte items ordered and their beverage. GARAGE PARKING VALIDATION: Patrons of the Downtown Redwood City businesses validate for 1.5 hours free parking.
If Joining for Matinee (Fantastic Four 1:20 Standard Show) Patrons of Cinemark Century Downtown Redwood City 20 movie theater receive 4 hours of free parking in the Marshall Street Garage, the Jefferson Garage, and the lower levels of Crossing 900 (Box) with a validation from the movie Theater.
