Get ready for a Friday night full of fun, fresh air, and friendly competition! Join us for our Beach Volleyball Pick-Up Social — where it’s all about great games, chill vibes, and meeting awesome new people.
🌴 What to Expect:

• Laid-back fun pick-up games
• Rotating teams = meet more people
• Music, laughs, and sunshine (or a gorgeous sunset!)
• A social vibe

💵 $10 CASH at the event (CASH ONLY)

This event is growing fast — and we love it!
To keep things running smoothly and the fun flowing, we’re making a few upgrades:
🕖 Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign in.
When you arrive, you'll receive your numbered bracelet as usual and head directly to your designated court to begin play.
Court Assignments

• 1–12 → Court 1
• 13–24 → Court 2
• 25–36 → Court 3
• 37–48 → Court 4
• And so on...

Four 20-minute games
Schedule (approximate):

• Game 1: 7:00 PM – 7:20 PM
• Game 2: 7:20 PM – 7:40 PM
• Break & Shuffle: 7:40 PM – 7:50 PM
• Game 3: 7:50 PM – 8:10 PM
• Game 4: 8:10 PM – 8:30 PM

The 10-minute break in the middle of the evening will give everyone a chance to socialize, grab some water, take a quick breather, and allow the convenor to reshuffle the cards. You'll then receive a new team assignment for the final two games.

RSVP & ATTENDANCE GUIDELINES (NEW)
We’ve noticed some new trends at recent Meetups and want to ensure fair, organized, and full courts for everyone:

• RSVPs get priority. Members who have RSVP’d will always get first access to spots.
• 10-minute grace period: RSVP’d players have 10 minutes after start time to arrive and check in.
• After 10 minutes, open spots may be filled as follows:

1. Waitlist members who are present will be given priority.
2. Walk-ins will then be considered.

We will have 5 minute breaks in between games for water and to reshuffle teams.

We look forward to trying the new format to keep it social and fun for all members. We do emphasize bump/set/spike as it makes it more of a team game. Please remember we do get all levels of players and we expect kindness and support. We are all here for fun!

### CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

• Once you RSVP, you have until 8:30 PM the day before to cancel.
• If you need to cancel after the deadline due to special circumstances, please contact our host at jess@jackedsports.com.
• NO-SHOWS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE GROUP.

Beach season is here! Do Something Volleyball is excited to be returning to Trinity Courts this season.
We are offering a 4 week clinic skills series Sundays in June from 8:30 - 1:00am.
We will focus on the 2s game but of course these same skills benefit 4s and 6s!

Sessions are $30 (before taxes/fees) *Limited spots*
June 7 - Week 1 - Serve & Pass
June 14 - Week 2 - Attacking & Setting
June 21 - Week 3 - Defense & Blocking
June 28 - Week 4 - Game Strategy
