About us
Welcome to our Indivisible Poconos public group! Our activities, meetups and events are a great place to make connections with other volunteers, bring new people, share ideas about activism, and have a good time in good company.
Although our Meetup account was set up recently, our nonprofit organization Indivisible Poconos was started in early 2025, and we have already had many social meetups and events. We hope you can join us going forward!
Indivisible Poconos is a network of volunteers affiliated with the Indivisible Project, working to defend our democratic values and Constitutional rights, hold our elected officials accountable, and create a future that is rooted in economic, social and climate justice here in the Poconos and beyond.
Community rules and guidelines
We are a friendly, inclusive, supportive, non-partisan group. We have a zero tolerance policy for hate speech, discrimination, bullying or shaming, and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Admins reserve the right to remove members without warning.
Let’s keep our discussions friendly, and always respect the privacy of others in our group. No sharing of screen shots, for example. We want to foster a positive and supporting group atmosphere, where everyone is encouraged to participate.
And as always, be kind!
Group members will receive occasional messages or emails via Meetup and from indivisiblepoconos.org with updates on our events and activities.

East Stroudsburg Music On Mondays
The Historic Dansbury Depot, 5 S. Kistler St., East Stroudsburg, PA, USLet's meetup for the East Stroudsburg Community Alliance presenting its Music On Mondays series for 2026. Each Monday will present a different act for your entertainment. These shows are family-friendly. Bring your own lawn chair or blanket, snacks and drinks. Check the graphic for details. The concerts are held on the lawn behind the Historic Dansbury Depot between Crystal and Kistler Streets, downtown East Stroudsburg. Parking is in the lot next to the depot and is free after 5:00.
This event may not have a leader or a specific group location to meet, but I am planning to attend many of the dates. So, we can gather together or just come to enjoy a pleasant summer evening.
I will do my best to notify those who sign up if there is a meeting place and, maybe even, plans for a pre-concert dinner at a local restaurant for those interested. Check the event page to see if anything is planned.

Trivia for the Trails; Willowtree Rest, Stbg
Willowtree Inn, 601 Ann St, Stroudsburg, PA, USA fun, trivial collaboration with the Stroud Recreation department to raise money for our local parks! We can make up one team or split into several. Each attendee is responsible for their own dining and drinks tab.
Formally known as "Trivia for the Dog Park" - your support so far has successfully helped us reach many goals for funding the local dog park!
